  • The Zermatt Lodge is our flagship 5-star catered chalet, now in its second season. It is probably the most luxurious chalet in Zermatt and is quite unique.
  • Situated close to the main street and the Sunnegga Express lift station, The Lodge takes up the whole top floor (320 square meters) of a new chalet with an unmatched view over the rooftops dominated by the Matterhorn. There are five double bedrooms, four of which can be configured as twins.

Accommodation:

Every detail of the Lodge has been carefully thought through and meticulously finished, with wooden-beamed ceilings, aged wood floors and stylish yet cosy furniture giving a warm feeling of old-world charm with a crisp modern finish.

  • Large dining room with a long table seating 12 comfortably.
  • The kitchen is open-plan and professionally equipped.
  • Full-length south-facing balcony.
  • Each bedroom has its own LCD flat screen cable TV and DVD player, an en-suite bathroom with either a bath or a massage shower and a range of Elemis (the SPA specialists) toiletries. The master bedroom has a separate shower room, and a bathtub by its own fire stove.
  • The drawing room includes a large LCD television with DVD/CD/Radio (with an iPod interface).
  • Wireless broadband internet access throughout, and a "study" area with a laptop, fax and printer.
  • For your wellness, the Lodge features a special outdoor jacuzzi hot-tub with a view of the famous mountain, and has its own sauna/steam bath.

Cuisine:

  • Champagne reception on arrival.
  • Dedicated professional chef who will serve gourmet quality meals for six nights, accompanied by outstanding complimentary wines.
  • Our regular chalet cuisine option includes cooked or continental breakfast, afternoon tea, pre-dinner canapes, 3 course dinner.
  • Or choose our fine dining option - tea (or even breakfast) in bed, cooked or continental breakfast, afternoon tea and treats, champagne and pre-dinner canapes, 4 to 5 course dinner with a selection of fine wines, open bar.

  • From meeting you on arrival, to assisting you in obtaining ski rental, having your ski passes ready for you or just showing you around the village and giving you some tips on how to get the most out of your stay, our experienced staff are always available to help out.

  • Our Chalet Service has been devised to offer our guests maximum freedom and convenience, with a high standard of cuisine, allowing our guests to minimise their dining costs whilst in resort without sacrificing quality.
  • From fresh flowers on the table, chocolates on your pillow and Champagne in the fridge on arrival, our chalet staff pay great attention to detail providing a personal touch to your holiday and are always available to offer you insider tips on the resort.
