  • Very attractive chalet-apartment which stands out because of their comfort and use of high quality materials. Great sunny and quiet location with a great view on the village and the Arbiskogel.
  • Quietly and sunny located in the middle of the centre, approx. 800m from the brand-new Isskogel cable car station, 100m from the ski-school agency and 75m from the atmospheric hotel Gaspingerhof (one of the après-ski hotspots in Gerlos). Local investments in 2003/2004 have resulted in several new ski slopes and descents.
  • The new Isskogel ski run now ends right in the village and next to the apartment. The new Isskogel-gondola moves you swiftly into the heart of the ski area.
  • The superb Zillertal-Arena offers approx 171km ski slopes and 59 lifts. Approx 450m from the cross-country ski tracks and 75m from the ski-bus stop (free ski-bus transport with ski pass to a/o the Fürstalm and Isskogel gondola lift). Your car will not be needed during the week!
  • Bread service. Pets are not allowed.





Accommodation:

  • An attractive newly built chalet-apartment located on one of the best spots in Gerlos. Part of a block containing very comfortable and high quality apartments of different sizes and lay-outs spread over three floors.
  • Breakfast can be served (on request and extra pay).
  • On the ground floor beautiful entrance with seating and breakfast (approx. 15pers.) area, reception and elevator (to all floors).
  • Internet room.
  • A relax-room with Finnish and ‘Dampf’ sauna (both free of use), toilet and shower. Solarium (extra charge).
  • In the basement a fitness room,childrensplayroom, heated ski/shoe-storage, laundry room with washing machine and dryer (extra charge).
  • The apartment has sat-TV, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom with heated floors.

  • Fully equipped kitchen with 4 hot plates, oven, microwave, coffee maker and a dishwasher.

  • SUMMER (May - November): Energy, bed linen, towels. Free use of sauna and steambath.

  • SUMMER (May - November): Tourist tax (€ 1,- p.p.p.d. / children under 13 free), final cleaning (€ 50,-), deposit (€ 500,-), child's bed (€ 5,- p.d.), washing machine and dryer (extra charge), pets are not allowed. Extra bed (extra charge).
