Location: Courchevel 1300 Le Praz | Hi Emma
My sister and I own a large three twin-bedroom apartment in Le Praz Courchevel 1300 (pretty old Savoyard village).
The apartment is top middle in external photo attached and has a stunning unencumbered view over a valley to the mountains opposite. No, it is not ski in and ski out - it is 7 minutes walk from the lifts/pistes but otherwise would suit your needs perfectly I believe.
The apartment is arranged on two floors:
- Floor one - loo, kitchen, dining, living room
- Floor two - bathroom, three twin bedrooms - one en-suite
in all it is 1,000 square feet - decent size for 6 but can do up to 7 adults (there is a pull-out bed under one of the beds and a sofa bed in living room) or more if kids
- On bat level
- car parking
- and a garage
- and a “cave” for skis and boots with boot warmer
5 mins to shops, restaurants (three of considerable excellence), bars
Le Praz aka Courchevel 1300 is a pretty Savoyarde village with two ski lifts and SKI LOCKERS under the lifts to store skis and ski boots.
The 20-27 February would be £1.495 but do call me to discuss if you are interested as we can do a deal perhaps.

Our chalet is centrally located in the village no more than a 2 minute walk to all shops bars etc, and the skiing is in Courchevel and the fabulous Trois Valleys, probably the biggest and certainly the best ski area in the world!
Guests staying with us receive quality discounted ski hire from the local shop, and we may be able to offer discounted return airport transfers depending on your flight times and our current commitments.

Chalet Papillon in La Tania. Sleeps 8 in 4 twin rooms sharing 2 bathrooms. It has a comfortable open plan lounge and dining area with log fireplace and great views. The chalet has wifi internet, boot dryers, hot tub on the terrace and is conveniently located approx 50m from the piste and village centre.
I can offer sole occupancy of this chalet for your party of 6 at a cost of £4,000

Chalet Tania in La Tania. Sleeps up to 9 in 4 ensuite bedrooms. Comfortable open plan lounge and dining area with log fireplace and great views. It has wifi internet and is located approx 100m from the piste
£3,600 for the 6 night break for sole occupancy of the chalet for 6 people.
Price to include:
7 (6) nights accommodation
breakfast each day with a cooked option on 6 (5) mornings

There are three ensuite double/twin rooms, Clocherets is suitable for up to 8 guests with two of the rooms easily converted into a triple bedroom.
