I am a professional chef and own and operate my traditional Savoyard chalet in the lovely, unspoiled village of Samoëns (‘The 4th largest ski area and in the top 3 snow sure resort in France’ -Daily Telegraph 2013; ‘This is one of the most appealing resorts in the Alps’– Sunday Times online 16/10/10) - about 1 hour from Geneva airport.
From Samoëns you have access to the Grand Massif (265 km pistes - Flaine, Le Carroz, Morillon and Sixt Fer à Cheval). The Chariande Express, a 6 seater chair lift, between Samoëns 1600 and Tete de Saix has speeded up access to Flaine. Good snow record with a variety of pistes up to 2,500m.

We have an ensuite twin room available for your dates in our B&B chalet in Morzine. Morzine is in the vast Portes du Soleil area which has 650 kms of linked piste. We are only a 5 minute flat walk from the Super Morzine bubble lift and town centre, but in a quiet area. We are also close to 2 free bus routes. One drops you right outside the Ardent telecabine to ski the Avoriaz, Chatel or Les Crosets areas, and the second will take you over to the Pleney in the centre of Morzine, to ski Morzine/Les Gets. We’re only 1 hour 20 minutes from Geneva airport and can organise your transfer from there if needed.
We can also help you organise your ski lessons, chalet delivery of ski equipment, and buy your passes in advance so that you can hit the slopes as soon as possible. Free WIFI is available. Our family owned and run catered chalet can offer your group of 2 a four night stay from the 24th March and our price would be £345 per person which includes accommodation, breakfast, afternoon tea and delicious three course feasts with selected wines on six nights out of seven.
There’s a large comfy lounge with open log fire, honesty bar, sat tv, dvd, hifi, wifi should you need to keep in touch, games room with table tennis, air hockey, den with Wii, plenty off road parking or transfers can be arranged from Geneva, just 75 minutes at the rate of around 70€ per person return Geneva.

I can offer you a bed & breakfast weekend at Chalet Sherpa in Morzine - just an hour and 20 minutes drive from Geneva airport and part of the massive Portes du Soleil ski region.
You can arrive/depart any day of the week and any time of day. Bags can be stored and there are shower/change facilities available on arrival and departure days so you can maximise your time on the slopes.
