It is brand new this year and has a full kitchen, large comfortable living area and a west facing balcony with beautiful views.There is a dedicated parking space under the balcony.

I can offer accommodation at La Ferme du Chateau(1.5 hours from Geneva)in a large family room on a bed & breakfast basis for 700 GBP in total for 7 nights. I am a professional chef and own and operate my traditional Savoyard chalet in the lovely, unspoiled village of Samoëns which is about 1 hour from Geneva airport. Assistance with transfers. Parking in the chalet grounds. (Car is advisable for shopping/sightseeing).
Samoëns, a 'Village Historique', is in the Giffre Valley of the Haute Savoie. The many activities available include walking cycling, parapente, Via Ferrata, climbing, rafting, canoeing/kayaking, golf, Indiana Jones Adventure Park, tennis, archery and a swimming pool.

Our spacious 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom split level apartment sleeps up to 6 with a king size double/twin bedroom with ensuite bathroom, a standard double/twin bedroom, and a smaller room that has a single with a pull-out bed underneath. Both bathrooms have a bath/shower in them.
