We are looking for options for a possible ski trip in one of the quieter weeks in March. We are likely to be between 14-16 people.
We are most interested in higher resorts (Trois Vallees/Espace Killy/Paradiski particularly).
Catered with wine is crucial, as is proximity to the slopes (must be a walkable distance).
Budget will be a factor, ultimately a large portion of the group will be guided by price (within reason).

Chalet Pleney is in an envied position right on the Pleney piste, giving you the luxury of literally skiing in and out, but it is also just a 5 minute walk to the Pleney lift . It is surrounded by beautiful mountain scenery with spectacular views in all directions but is also within easy walking distance of the old town square and all the bars restaurants and shops. Chalet Pleney boasts 9 ensuite bedrooms, a spacious open plan lounge and dining area with log fire and large picture windows looking over the mountains, a separate childrens play room with tv/dvd, free Wi-Fi internet, plus a ski/boot room. There is also a sunken outdoor hot tub and sauna.

| Hello Calum. I would like to suggest our chalet, which is just 300 meters from the Venosc gondola link to Les Deux Alpes (voted Europe's number 1 ski resort for 2015/16). It has such high skiing that it even has summer skiing, so ideal for a March trip. The chalet is basic, but has everything you need and an affordable price. Most noticeable it has 14 rooms, so your group could spread themselves out. It also features a large Sauna (heated daily from 16h - 20h, wireless internet, French satellite television with UK channels, a selection of UK DVD and you would have your own private bar.
I would be around to host and cater for you all week. I have lived and worked in kitchens/galleys extensively across the Alps and on private motor yachts, so have a great knowledge of catering.
The price for half-board (6 nights with one evening off), would be just €400 per person for a seven night booking. Should you be interested in 6 or 8 nights, then we can discuss options.
I can also help with transfers from Grenoble 1h15, Geneva 2h15, Lyon 1h45 or Chambery 1h45, Ski rental and ski lessons.

We are able to offer you the chalet Delfina in Les Menuires from the 11th March for sole use for your party.
Delfina is part of our “Bruyeres” complex and sleeps up to 14 people in seven bedrooms – there are five twin rooms (two of which have balconies and one of which has a low ceiling) and a family suite consisting of a double room and a separate twin cabine room. All rooms have en-suite facilities with a shower, washbasin and WC – the cabine shares the bathroom in the double room. The property benefits from fantastic views across the Belleville Valley from the large terrace where you will also find the outside hot-tub and be able to enjoy the afternoon sun. This location is the ultimate in ski-in/ski-out – the piste is accessed by an elevator in the corridor which drops you at the foot of the “Bruyeres” gondola lift for fantastic access to Les Menuires and Val Thorens, as well as into the Meribel valley. Next door you will find a swimming pool, ski school and the nursery facility – and a bus stop outside gives you access to the resort shuttle service and the facilities of the central resort, including a leisure centre and a wide choice of shops, bars and restaurants.

I have different chalets for you but as your budget is an issue, Barthelemy would probably be better!
So, this chalet is in Peisey, Les Arcs at 150m to the ski lift, which takes 5 minutes to get to the departure point for the high speed chair to Les Arcs and the cable car to La Plagne making access to this huge domaine fast and easy. The chalet has a sauna, sat tv, wifi, open fire, games console, heated boot room and most rooms have balconies. There are two lounges so plenty of room to relax.
At the moment it is available for both those weeks from Saturday to Saturday - the more people you have in the chalet the cheaper it will get.
So for example, if you are 12, the cost is £529 each but I can do a better deal of £479 per person if you are 16.
We also offer discounted lift passes and reductions on ski hire (in-house)

How about somewhere you may well not have heard of?
Chalet La Luge is in the resort of La Tzoumaz (1530m), just over the mountain from Verbier, skiing up to 3330m, with all the same great skiing, but without the same price tag, (or posh-ness!)
We have 6 en-suite rooms, each of which can be arranged with twin or super-king doubles, including 2 which have optional bunk beds, suitable for adults - we have had 16 adults staying on several occasions!
Hot tub, sauna, separate TV/cinema room, log fire, top quality service and catering (owner run, Mini is a professional chef) we will run you up to the slopes or to the lift every morning, even though it's only 600/800m respectively, getting back is simple, the free ski bus stops 100m from the chalet and it's all downhill!
Cooked breakfast options served on all 7 days, homemade cakes/biscuits on all 7 afternoons, 5 course evening meal with good wines on 6 nights.
Low season lift passes will be discounted by 5%, plus we can offer you an additional 5% discount on lift passes ordered minimum 10 days in advance. 20% discount on rental equipment as guests of ours. Transfers will be max Chf 50 per person if there's 14 of you, less if there's more, 1h 40 from Geneva.
Price per person is Chf 750 (approx £575), for the first 12, but for the 13 & 14th person there's a 25% discount, and for the 15 & 16th there's a 50% discount. So for 16 it works out as £520 approx per person.

We have availability for your dates in Chalet de Vamorel, with 8 en-suite bedrooms to sleep up to 20, and a hot tub, just 50 metres from the nearest ski lift taking you in to the Grand Domaine area with 200km of pistes. We’d love to welcome you to Meribel.
Chalet La Fugue is in a unique position in that you can ski out and almost ski in and we are less than 5 mins walk from the centre of Meribel with its many shops, restaurants and bars.
The chalet is fabulous with 6 twin/double rooms and 4 newly renovated bathrooms, fantastic views across Meribel and the slopes, a large sun terrace, spacious living areas, and accredited for its interior decoration.
The price for sole occupancy for 12 people in any of those March weeks is £7,995. If you have more people we do have a self catered apartment sleeping 4-6 nearby.
We provide gourmet food starting the day with a hearty breakfast. On your return from the slopes there will be a homemade cake or biscuits for you to enjoy and the evening starts with canapés and cocktails followed by a relaxed and delicious 3 course meal with unlimited wine.
The Three Valleys has excellent ski-ing for all abilities. The Meribel Valley has great, well thought out beginner areas, plenty of blues and reds, and more challenging blacks and accessible off piste for the more experienced. There’s fast access to both Courchevel with its vast open pistes and interesting couloirs, and Val Thorens, known for its high snow sure slopes.
We can help you organise your ski lessons, lift passes, equipment hire and transfers if you wish as we have good links with the local providers.

This is a massively spacious property with lots of balconies and great views.If you need a bit of space this is the chalet for you it is massive! There are great views of the mountains directly in front of the chalet. There is a bar within walking distance of the chalet. The nearest lift is 5 minutes drive away as is the nearest town and the main Portes de Soleil lifts are about 15 minutes away. We would drive you to and from the lifts of your choice in 2 minibuses so your party could be taken to 2 different locations if required. There is also a good ski bus service from the end of the road into town too.

Location: Morzine/Saint Jean D'Aulps - Portes Du Soleil | Hi Mark,
We have a 5 bedroom chalet available (room breakdown below), catered for the dates you have requested - inclusive of WINE!!
We are just outside Morzine and chauffeur guests to your choice of lifts in the area - no need for walking in ski boots! It is a 10 minute walk into town for shops and nightlife on a safe back road.
We ask for 5250€ for the week for the chalet and really take 12 adults as a maximum (can squeeze kids in). We also have use of a second chalet if your group does end up being 16, so let me know.
