I have worked many seasons previously and covered roles such as chef, chalet manager and driver.
(also a BASI qualified ski instructor)
In the UK I have managed flagship bars, restaurants and night clubs (Edinburgh, Glasgow, Aberdeen and London). I have been responsible for training members of staff and generating increased productivity and revenue with every unit managed.
My family run a luxury guesthouse in Edinburgh and I fully understand all the responsibilities necessary to execute each job to a very high standard.
I am also 27, therefore a little more responsible than the usually seasonnaire.
I am happy to work anywhere, however I would prefer to work for an independent company and be given responsibilities that match my skill set.
I love people, love piste more and can create fantastic cocktails and menus for whoever decides to respond.
(also love driving)

We are looking for a cook to provide some good home cooked food.
We are an owner run, 14 bedded chalet so there is scope to be really involved in the day to day running and we welcome suggestions to improve our business to make it the best it can be.
We are located in morillon part of the Grand Massif ski area. It is a hidden gem with 265kms of piste, 69 lifts, 20 green runs,65 blue runs, 50 red runs and 14 black runs with the highest altitude 2,500 metres.

I have a position as a chalet co host available.
I need someone to host my chalet with me in Les Gets. You should have an interest in food and cooking, have a full clean driving licence and have the ability to socialise and get on with guests.
Duties to include:-
Helping to prepare, cook and serve breakfast, afternoon tea and evening meal six days a week.
Cleaning.
Changeovers.
Shopping.
Driving guests to and from the slopes.
General maintenance around the chalet.
Package includes:-

We are looking for a friendly, mature chef to help run one of our 4 chalets in Morzine this winter season. The chef will work alongside a chalet host couple as we hire 3 people per chalet to provide the best service to our guests but to also make sure you get plenty of time up on the mountain.
You must have professional experience as a chef or previous experience in a professional kitchen, you must be able to cook to a high end standard. Clients return to us year on year expecting the same level of service we have been providing over the last nine years.
