| I am looking for a small chalet for my family (2 adults, one child 4 years old and one child 2 years old) for Christmas - ideally 23rd Dec-27th Dec. We are flexible on catering/non-catering and location, although we'd prefer it if it wasn't more than 2 hours from an airport.
We are not skiiers so it doesn't have to be right next to a resort but we'd love to try it once or twice (we have mimimal experience - tried it last Christmas).
We'd love it to be near somewhere with Christmas markets, and be child-friendly.
As a bonus, we'd like it to be unusual, and a bit out of the ordinary.

We have a lovely chalet which is traditional but has been renovated and has a lovely modern kitchen and traditional living room and plenty of accommodation for a family group.
Do take a look at our website. I have just let New Year week from Tuesday 27th December so it is available for any days prior to that and we can discuss price.
We are a short drive to the slopes of Roc d'ender, Les Lindarets/Morzine/ Les Gets. You can walk out from the chalet onto mountain tracks and there are lovely view all around. Our French caretakers live next door and get everything ready.We have a travel cot and kitchen child seat for the youngest child.

Location: Morzine | Hi Louisa
We have a self catered, 2 bedroom apartment available for your dates for £720 in Morzine. Morzine is in the vast Portes du Soleil area,and we are just 5 minutes walk from the Super Morzine bubble lift and the town centre. We are also close to 2 free bus routes. One drops you right outside the Ardent telecabine and the second will take you over to the Pleney in the centre of Morzine, both areas have beginners slopes if you want to try skiing and they are also good places for a snow shoe walk. Father Christmas visits Morzine on Christmas Eve which is lovely for the children.
The apartment has 2 twin rooms, a sofa bed in the lounge, 1 bathroom and 1 shower room. The kitchen has a small electric hob, microwave, dishwasher and fridge. Location: Morzine | We have a beautiful two bedroom/two bathroom apartment very close to the town centre, which sleeps 5-7 people.
It has a double ensuite bedroom. The triple bedroom on the lower ground floor has a double bed with a single bunk. All the rooms have a wardrobe and chest of drawers.
The main living area is open plan with French doors leading onto a terraced decking area with amazing views over the Morzine valley.
The kitchen is modern with integrated fridge, washing machine, dishwasher and microwave. It is stocked with a basic kitchen larder – including cleaning products. The dining area has a large pine table and sits up to 6 people in comfort.
The lounge has a large corner sofabed, a 32” TV, DVD player, UK channels, WiFi, iPod docking station and internet access. The cupboard is stocked with board games, DVDs and books. The second bathroom is just off the kitchen/dining area.
We provide a welcome grocery pack and bathroom toiletries. We will decorate the apartment with xmas decorations and festive tree.
The apartment is private and secluded, has its own parking space and is accessed by its own steps. There is a secure ski locker just outside the door for easy ski storage.
It’s a 5 minute walk to the shops, restaurants, bars and cafes and only a 5 minute bus ride to all the main ski lifts – the buses run every 10 minutes and stop just outside the chalet.
The apartment is available from 20 December for up to 7 nights (latest checkout date 26th) at a reduced cost of £1,400 – including all linen/towels and an end of stay apt clean.

We have a fantastic restaurant on the doorstep, Black Diamond, which offers a special Christmas day menu which you may want to book into. On Christmas Eve, the resort throbs with excitement, Father Christmas visits, sleigh rides, carols and all sorts of fun.

We have a very cosy apartment very close to town for £500 for the dates you mentioned.
The benefits of this would be: you can easily walk to amenities of town (restaurants, swimming pool, take lifts to avoriaz for things like Aquariaz). Parking is a nightmare at this time of year! You can sledge/build snow men outside the apartment block and are a short walk to the training run at the bottom of pleney.
We regularly stay there with our kids (also 2 & 4) and it is a safe environment (with TV/internet/apple TV), convenient and cost effective.

We have our self catered Slalom 15, Slalom 33, Slalom 13 and Apartment Balcon du Pleney in Morzine available.
The Slalom apartments are located right in the centre of Morzine just 50 meters walk from the SuperMorzine lift and 100 meters walk from the Pleney slopes. Built in 2008, each apartment has a lounge and dining area with flat screen tv and dvd player, a fully equipped kitchen, a terrace overlooking the slopes, plus ski locker and underground parking.
Slalom 15 has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
Slalom 33 and Slalom have 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.#
The Balcon du Pleney is located just 20 meters walk from the piste and 4 minutes walk from the center of resort. The apartment has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
Please note that we are able to assist with arranging any ski school, ski hire, lift pass and airport transfer requirements that you may have all in advance of your arrival date. We are just 1hr 15mins drive from Geneva.
