I am looking for comfortable accommodation for my family. We are a family of 4; 2 adults and a 3 and 5 year old. We have decided to drive for this trip so are relatively flexible on where. We would like to be very close to slopes in a town with a swimming pool. We are budget conscious but would like relative comfort. Not interested in a studio as it will be too challenging once the children are in bed.

You might want to consider Samoens in the Grand Massif because its free to park all over the ski domaine, and you can park for free at our chalet in Samoens 1600  We've got our own snow blower if it buckets down and you need digging out in the morning.
Our chalet is a bit unique in Samoens in that we're right at the top of the mountain in the domaine skiable so its very quick to get up and out skiing in the mornings. We're about a 3 minute drive from the central hub of Samoens 1600 where you can park, and thats where the ski school and pistes are. It saves you from having to queue to get a lift up the mountain so you get more skiing from our place! We're completely surrounded by trees and mountains so you can't see or hear another property from our place.
I can offer you a family suite which is ensuite obviously and has a double bed plus two singles round the corner but still part of the same room. We've got baby monitors so you can sit downstairs in the living room or dining room after they've gone to bed.
For fully catered (i.e. hot breakfast, afternoon tea, early children's dinner, dinner with wine/beers for the adults) it would be 2700 euros for 6 nights. This also includes shuttles to and from the slopes if you don't want to use your own car.

We have our catered Alpine Refuge and self catered Slalom 33 and Slalom 13 available.
The Alpine Refuge is located just 8 minutes walk from the SuperMorzine lift and the centre of resort. This chocolate box chalet has 5 bedrooms each with ensuite shower/bath and washbasin, 4 separate wcs, an extra bunkbed room (no window), an open plan lounge and dining area with log fire and spectacular views, a second mezzanine lounge with media facilities, free wi-fi internet access, boot warmers, plus a hot tub and a sauna. Even though the chalet is within easy walking distance of the lifts we still offer a minibus service to and from the slopes each day plus the free ski bus stops just at the end of the private drive.
The Slalom apartments are located right in the centre of Morzine just 50 meters walk from the SuperMorzine lift and 100 meters walk from the Pleney slopes. Built in 2008, each apartment has a lounge and dining area with flat screen tv and dvd player, a fully equipped kitchen, a terrace overlooking the slopes, plus ski locker and underground parking.
Slalom 33 and Slalom 13 have 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms each.

| Hi Susie - our apartment is available for those dates. It's in Morzine, so accesses the massive Portes de Soleil area in Frnce & Switzerland. The apartment has 2 bedrooms - one double, one bunk, so perfect for children of 3 and 5. There's a sitting/dining room next well equipped kitchen and bathroom with a bath. We even have a selection of toys! ( our daughter is 4).
The apartment is right by a ski bus stop so it's easy to get into town and to the slopes and there's also plenty of parking by the building.
The price quoted is for a full week so I'm happy to reduce that slightly for 5 days if this is of interest.

We are a English-run Chalet in Jasna, Slovakia. Jasna is the largest ski resort in Central Europe boasting many chair lifts and 4 high speed gondolas.
We charge £180pp for Wednesday 28th to Monday 2nd (£145pp per child). Ensuite, breakfast and afternoon tea is included, as well as an end of week evening meal. Restaurants and bars are a 5 minute walk away and very affordable,even on the mountain!
Apres ski includes the hot spring aqua park (which the children will love), ice hockey nights and go-karting.

The apartment has great family accommodation, is well equipped for self catering and has a place to park immediately outside if you choose to drive. The village of Les Gets is one of the easiest to get to from if you choose to drive and if you fly is just an hor and 10 minutes from Geneva. Les Gets is a great family resort with a wide range of skiing and my apartment is close to the village centre and lifs.
