We might be able to help you out - we have a large chalet of apartments with full-self catering (i.e. proper kitchens and dining areas) but we also serve evening meals every night of the week in our adjacent bar, with various options - this works really well for groups of families travelling together and could be an ideal solution for a group like yours, with your various dietary requirements etc. Not necessarily the closest location to Grenoble airport (we're nearer to Geneva) but perhaps worth a look at our website in case?

We have availability at Pine Marten Lodge, our beautiful, spacious chalet right in the centre of Morzine old-town for 14-18 people from Sunday 19th Feb. Morzine’s amenities are just a short walk (5 minutes) from the chalet and the slopes and lifts can be easily accessed too.
The chalet offers:

Chalet Hotel LaTania is offered half board, and is catered over 7 days.

There is also an honesty bar for your après ski and a comfortable lounge and separate dining room.
In the lounge, we have a large screen projection system to enjoy movies or for reviewing your day on the slopes.

We have a 6 night week Sunday 19 Feb to Sat 25 Feb if any use? Price reduced to 4,000 euros.
Chalet 'La Credence' is close to the village of Morzine in the French Alps. A charming and lovingly restored farmhouse with log fire dating back to the nineteenth century, it retains the ambience of a family home. This is reflected in the welcome you'll receive when you stay with us. The Chalet sleeps 16-18 in comfort and a free ski-bus stops outside the door.
The main living room is spacious with plenty of space for everyone to sit and relax. Sky TV, DVD and Apple Bluetooth docking station speaker for iPhones are provided, as well as a large selection of board games. Free super-fast WiFi is also provided. There is a Wine Fridge, Dishwasher, & Washing Machine etc in the fitted kitchen.
Although the interior of the chalet is non-smoking, we do provide an outside area for those who require it. Rooms vary in shape and size as reflects the character of the building, but all are decorated and furnished to a high standard. We have a charming, enclosed garden to the front of the chalet where you can sit and relax in the sun and there is a large car park suitable for 4 - 6 vehicles, if you are driving over to the Alps.

Being chief organiser isn't an easy job!!
Chalet Baron right in the heart of Alpe d'Huez (just over an hour from Grenoble) is available for the week starting 18th February.
There are 8 en-suite bedrooms sleeping a total of 18 people, possibly a 19th if little!!
Andy (very experienced chef) can deal with the meal requirements and I think he'll suggest 2 sittings so children have an earlier supper which will make the seating arrangements more comfortable - this perhaps maybe a sticking point with the French families......He can also either tweak the menus to allow for your friends to purchase the wine or he can give them a few choices - we are pretty relaxed!
I'm on hand to help with the travel arrangements, ESF, lift passes etc etc...and have been in resort for 20 years so hopefully most things are now achievable!
Let me know if you would like further information. In terms of prices its difficult to give you an accurate quote to include catering as I don't have the children/adult ratio and of course the 'tweaking' side. The chalet on a sole-occupancy, self-catered basis is 7500 euros.
