I am looking for a chalet, ideally catered but would consider self catered as well. We will be visiting half term week 2018 from either Sat 17th Feb or Sun 18th for 7 nights.
My party consists of 4 adults and 4 children of mixed ability on the slopes. Although I have been on plenty of ski holidays this will be my first holiday taking family and children.
Ideal resorts are Les Gets and La Rosiere but would consider anywhere else that is family friendly and good for children and beginners.
We require sole occupancy of the chalet.
Easy access to nursery slopes is essential
Hot tub and or sauna would also be a plus

I am the owner of our Family owned Chalet Rose in Chatel. It is located opposite of skilft Linga. There is a skischool with beginners slope at the bottom of the skilift. With my kids 6, 9 and 11 years we are regular guests at this skischool!
Our Chalet has 7 bedrooms, fireplace, freeparking and free WIfI.
Our previous Belgian guests recommended a caterer nearby.
Rental prize Saturday 17 - Saturday 24 feb 2018 4600 euro.

It is not in Les Gets but Nendaz, in Switzerland. The resort has been awarded family-friendly accreditation by the Swiss Tourist Authority. It has excellent ski schools with whom our guests get special rates.
Secret Alps has 4 double/twin bedrooms and sleeps up to 8 in complete comfort. It is located within walking distance of the main lift in Nendaz. From there you have access to the whole of the 4 Vallées. Beginners have plenty of runs where they can learn in the immediate ski sector. The Red Yeti lodge is perfectly located in St Jean de Six. We have a huge garden for the kids to play in which accesses directly onto the cross country track and is only 200m to the beginner slope 'le cret'
Le grand bornand and la clusaz are 5 minutes drive for 220km of varied level pistes for mixed abilities. Both villages are picture postcard and certified family friendly with ice rinks, swimming pool and activities/restaurants for the families.

The chalet sleeps 8 in 5 bedrooms and has 3 bathrooms. There is a large open plan kitchen, dining and living room which opens onto a terrace with hot tub and views of the mountains. There is parking for 3 cars, free wifi and English television. We provide a welcome pack for your arrival.
Chalet Abbaye is an 80 minute drive from Geneva airport and we can recommend the local ski station of La Grande Terche where the facilities for children and beginners are exceptional, it is the perfect place to learn.
Alternatively we are just are a 12 minute drive from Ardent which links up to the whole of the Portes du Soleil. It is a short walk to the local bars and restaurants.
We can offer you the same price as this year of 3400 Euros, self catered. This price includes linen, towels and exclusive use of the chalet and hot tub.
Optional boulangerie breakfast deliveries and ski hire fitted at the chalet are available at extra cost.

La Tzoumaz is just 1hr 40mins by car from Geneva airport and has some of the nicest, quietest blue and red runs in the Alps. We also have direct access through to Verbier and the rest of the 4 Vallees ski area.

Thanks for your message. Our farmhouse is in Morillon in the Grand Massif. It's a great resort for beginner skiers. Our two children both learned to ski on the slopes of Morillon. There's a lovely, long winding green run through the trees that is perfect for beginners. Our house is 400m from the Morillon cable car, which takes you straight up to the beginners ski area at Morillon 1100. There is a ski bus stop outside our door, which will take you there in 2 mins.
La Ferme du Verney is a renovated farmhouse and our set-up suits 2 families of your size perfectly. It's our home that we rent out for a couple of weeks each season so it has a very cosy, family feel.
The price is 6000 euro for the week and this includes 7 nights bed and breakfast accommodation with afternoon tea every day when you come in and 5 evenings meals 3 courses with wine. You eat out 2 nights.
Jamie, my husband, will be your host and a local chef will cook your meals. Jamie is a qualified mountain guide so we offer snowshoeing, igloo building in the garden and fat biking if any of you fancy a break from the skiing, especially the beginners & kids.

Will-i-ski? is an independent owner run chalet company dedicated to bringing you a unique holiday you will not forget. We (Phoebe and Charlie) currently run the Chalet Marmotte in La Plagne 1800 and feel the chalet can deliver everything you require for a traditional and cosy chalet holiday.

We can offer you sole occupancy of The Chalet for your family for an early bird promotion price of £6,995 - fully catered with fantastic food. The Chalet is at the bottom of the piste, detached and quiet yet only a 2 minute walk from the centre of Les Gets (the ice rink) which is a beautiful village and great for families.
The Chalet has 5 bedrooms (double/twin x2, double, twin and triple), is spread across 3 floors in its own grounds, sauna, sky tv, open log fire, sledging outside etc. We have lots of families stay and all love the chalet and location and Les Gets itself.
We have extremely easily accessible skiing across the whole Portes Du Soleil and are happy to show you the best spots for piste skiing or new powder.
Access to the nursery slopes is very easy. We work with a great English speaking ski school for the kids if they need lessons and the hire shop we use keeps the skis at the meeting point for you (only a 2 minute walk from the chalet anyway!)
The Chalet has great panoramic views from the balconies across the town and piste where the afternoon sun is great for topping up the tans over a cold beer or tea and cake.

Thank-you for your enquiry, we’d love to welcome you to Meribel Mottaret.
Chalet Gaillard has 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. The living/dining area is open plan with great views up to Mont Vallon. After a hard day on the mountain you can sit, relax and enjoy a glass of wine whilst you wait for a delicious dinner to be served.
It is situated close to the centre of Meribel Mottaret, with plenty of restaurants and bars. It’s a very short walk to the slopes and the nearest lift is about 300m away.
The Three Valleys has excellent ski-ing for all abilities. The Meribel Valley has great, well thought out beginner areas and plenty of blues and reds. Mottaret in particular has excellent nursery slopes and the chalet is close to these.
The price for sole occupancy for 17 to 24 February 2018 is £7,960
We also have availability in our other chalets but Gaillard suits your group size best. La Fugue is perhaps a little difficult for beginners to ski back in.
We provide gourmet food starting the day with a hearty breakfast. On your return from the slopes there will be a homemade cake or biscuits for you to enjoy and the evening starts with canapés and cocktails followed by a relaxed and delicious 3 course meal with unlimited wine. We can also provide an earlier 2 course children’s meal.
We can help you organise your ski lessons, lift passes, equipment hire and transfers if you wish as we have good links with the local providers.

Chalet Tressud is a self catered chalet which I can offer you for 4200 EUROS. All our bedrooms are ensuite and we can easily and comfortably sleep 8. The chalet is well equipped and spacious with a fire stove and plenty of logs, dishwasher, washing machine and drier, and 2 tellys both with FREE view! We have an outdoor jacuzzi. We are surrounded by fields which are perfect for some après ski tobogganning. The chalet is 150 m from a FREE bus stop for the Navette A which takes you to the pistes, ski school and town. | Chatel? Still the Portes du Soleil but smaller with better skiing and snow! If you have a car you can't go far wrong. It's cosy and perfect for families but no sauna/hot tub I'm afraid, but it is cheap: £800 all in.
My two brothers are out with their families and aren't planning to leave until the Sunday.

| We hope Les Gets and Chalet Saffron may be of interest to you. Les Gets which is only a 75 minute transfer from Geneva, is part of the vast Portes du Soleil and has great snow sure conditions all winter due to its position in relation to lake Geneva.
The chalet has 4 bedrooms, 3 of which are on the upper floor and 2 of these rooms also have bunk beds, so are ideal for families. There is a bedroom under the main floor in which there are twin beds and a fold down double. This studio has its own entrance and living area with kitchen. The main floor has the living are, dining room and kitchen along with the bathroom and where the upper floors are booked the main floor is only used by quests booking these rooms.
The chalet comes catered with your meals at the Hotel Christiania in Les Gets. You also get full use of our facilities such as the 2 outdoor hot tubs, free Wifi and you have full use of our ski and boot room. The Christiania is ski in ski out and 300 m from Chalet Saffron.
