I am looking to book a chalet from wkend on 11th of March for one week.
The requirement is for 13 people to arrive for the first half of the week (three nights) before departing. And then a second group of 11 will arrive for the 2nd half/remainder of the week
Just one person (me) staying for the full week.
We ideally need a chalet for exclusive use and because of the change over in people staying we'd need a chalet prepared to change bed linen half way through the week.
The group are business professionals between the age of 25 and 35 and having good access to bars and Apre ski is essential.

The chalet is located in a quiet location, just 400 meters from the Venosc gondola link to Les Deux Alpes. This lift remains open until 7pm, so plenty of time for apres ski before descending to the valley. Other bars and restaurants are available in the beautiful local village of Venosc.

Thank you for your enquiry, we do have availability for your dates including a change over between 11th to 18th March for £8500 for up to 13 adults, including return Geneva airport transfers (approx 1 hour).
We are about 15 minutes from Chatel and would provide private chauffeur driven minibuses to get you to and from your choice of lifts. You would have the whole Port de soleil ski area. We are also happy to take you out and collect you for apres ski too.

We can offer Chalet Danielle for Sat 11th March, one of our Legettaz ski in/out chalet apartments. The chalet is for 11 guests with 6 bedrooms and in addition, we can add a further bedroom for 2 guests in one our chalets upstairs (so 2 of the group would simply have to go outside and upstairs to their bedroom). Large dining table so not a problem for 13 guests to eat together. Small bedrooms but all ensuite and the chalet benefits from a sauna, games room with pool table and outdoor hot tub, also fantastic slopeside location and convenient to the resort centre. Our holidays include our return Gatwick/Lyon flights which are only available Sat/Sat however with a name change fee it is possible for one group to take our outbound flight from Gatwick on Sat 11th March and make their own way home, the other group make their own arrival arrangements and can then take our flight back to Gatwick on the 18th.
On this basis, chalet price is £12947.50 based on a group of 13 with an additional bedroom in Chalet Sophie to include our Gatwick/Lyon flights (one way as applicable), coach transfers (one way as applicable), applicable taxes and catered chalet accommodation.
If you want to make your own travel arrangements, chalet price is £12000 plus local taxes £15pp.
The mid week linen change is £25/set.

Staff day of will be Thursday so you would be eating out this day.
