-comfortable beds - good quality mattresses
-warm ensuite rooms with bath preferably
-decent sound proofing in rooms (don't want to hear the room next door)!
-catered to a good standard (experienced chef please, but high end not required)
-close to pistes as possible but don't mind 5 min shuttle
-some very experienced skiers and boarders so varied area with good off piste (conditions willing of course)
-all experienced apres-skiers so good night life but equally relaxing chalet (log fire, TV & DVD's) if we fancy a night in
-hot tub with views a must, sauna & steam room a bonus
-transfers included
-flights included if possible

Our chalet-hotel offers half board accommodation in snow sure Plagne 1800, part of the Paradiski area. We are next to the slopes and two chair lifts, with the ski school meeting point just across the street.

La Ferme du Chateau offers a warm & friendly welcome in this beautifully renovated Savoyard farmhouse with its exceptionally spacious accommodation in 6 en-suite rooms, great food and quality wines. All rooms can be twin or double rooms, all of which have bath and/or shower facilities plus branded toiletries, dressing gowns, hair dryers and access to an outdoor sunken jacuzzi. The living / dining area is extremely spacious yet homely and is centered around a wood clad open fire with lots of comfy sofas in which to relax with a chilled glass of wine and canapes after a day on the slopes.
It is fully catered which includes breakfast & afternoon tea on each day, pre-dinner drinks & canapes, a 4 course evening meal prepared by our chef which is accompanied by unlimited wines & beer. The evening meal is provided on 6 evenings leaving you one evening to sample the excellent local restaurants.
La Ferme is in the centre of the beautiful village of La Chapelle d'Abondance, part of the vast Portes du Soleil ski region. La Ferme is close to the local runs, has direct access to the Portes du Soleil, local bars including a microbrewery, shops and restaurants; but we also have in resort transport so can pop to Chatel to sample the apres ski there too before dinner.
A holiday at La Ferme is about comfort, relaxation and fun and we will organize everything so that you can relax and enjoy your holiday.
