| | We are looking for one or two weeks in resorts in France easily accessible from the ski train. Could be either of the weeks (commencing Saturday 25th Feb or Saturday 5th March), or the same place for the fortnight. Slight preference for catered chalet (one ensuite double), but could be self-catering. Must be close to the slopes (ideally ski-in, ski out). Our chalet-hotel offers half board accommodation in snow sure Plagne 1800, part of the Paradiski area. We are next to the slopes and two chair lifts, with the ski school meeting point just across the street.
Facilities include:

We would have room for the two of you at Chalet Genevieve in Val d'Isère from Sunday, 26th February.
You can ski to the door of the chalet, which is owner-run and situated in the exclusive La Legettaz area at the foot of the Solaise slopes. In the mornings you just need to walk 100 yards down the road before putting on your skis. All five rooms have their own facilities. There is an outdoor hot tub, large sun terrace, log fire, mini bar, boot heater, foot massager, free WIFI, iPod and base station, indoor and outdoor parking, to say nothing of the beautiful views up the Manchet valley and over the village.
Included in the price are breakfast (freshly-squeezed orange juice, cereals, yoghurts, fresh fruit, bread, croissants, porridge and a hot option, eg. poached egg and ham on a toasted muffin), afternoon tea and on 6 evenings we serve a pre-dinner drink with canapés followed by a 4-course evening meal with select wines. Tea, coffee and fresh fruit are available at all times.
It is a 10 minute walk across the piste into the village center or you can make use of the free minibus service that drops you right outside the chalet.
The price per person for the week is 1,375 Euros.

| We are full for 25th Feb but can offer an ensuite twin at Chalet Arabella for Sat 4th March for a week. A lovely, spacious chalet for up to 10 guests, right on the slopes. Our holidays are a package inclusive of our return Gatwick flights so if you haven't booked the train, might be worth thinking about! Price is £899pp with return Gatwick/Lyon flights 07.10/09.45 returning 10.55/11.25, coach transfers, applicable taxes and catered chalet accommodation. We also have a lovely ensuite master bedroom double in the fantastic Chalet Sanville next door (with INDOOR POOL and sauna!). On a special late deal of £1004pp inclusive as before.
If you do want to stick with the train, there is just a reduction of £50pp from above. Bear in mind that we can't include transfers either to/from the station.
