Looking for ideas for next season please - happy to consider Austria (not been for ages and a change would be nice, if chalet criteria can be met - we know it often can't), or France. Can fly to Geneva, Grenoble, Innsbruck or Salzburg
Chalet requirements:-
Group of 9 or 10 adults
Sole use
Catered chalet
All en suite
Ski in/out or very close walk to lift - no shuttles or buses to lift please (we've had 'on demand' services before which simply haven't worked and we don't want to be reliant on them)
Hot tub and/or sauna would be appreciated
Resort requirements:-
Good snow record or at altitude or with a glacier
A bar or two within walking distance - don't need wild nightlife but somewhere with a bit of life for an apres drink
Variety of skiing for decent intermediates - a few of us like a bit of a challenge, but off-piste not important
Budget:-
c. £600 pp give or take; if transfers available, that would be good
We are seasoned chalet-goers, good guests and appreciative of a nice property, food and service

This catered chalet is brand new for winter 2016-17 and we think it’s pretty special! It’s right in the centre of Morzine overlooking the tourist office. It’s only 260m from the Pleney telecabine and super morzine lift to Avoriaz 1800. All local amenities like restaurants, bars and shops are on the doorstep- as is the whole of the Portes du Soleil ski area. It has a sauna room for relaxing after a hard day on the slopes.
Chalet Chouette sleeps 8-10 guests, it has 4 en suite bedrooms: 3 well-proportioned twin/doubles and then a family room that can comfortably sleep 4.

The open plan living and dining room is centred around a log fire and feels warm and inviting. The room has large windows and opens onto a balcony which has a spectacular view overlooking La Tania’s pistes.
The bedrooms (5 twins and 1 double) each have their own en-suite bathrooms and we provide quality linen and towels during your stay. The ski room has a boot warmer, which turns putting ski boots on into a treat each morning!
The service
As a small company, your holiday is important to us and our team will ensure you will feel very well looked after during your stay with us.
Our catered service includes a hot option at breakfast, homemade afternoon tea and a four course evening meal with plentiful wine followed by coffee & chocolates around the log fire.
The resort
La Tania is renowned for being a good value resort from which to ski the celebrated Three Valleys. With a friendly atmosphere, good après-ski venues as well as restaurants ranging from good old pizza to Michelin-star dining, the village attracts young families and groups of skiers and boarders.
We can also assist with airport transfers: our prices are £75 per person for a return shared transfer from Geneva and £70 per person for a return shared transfer from Chambery.

Hotel Au Coin du Feu is a full service hotel with a chalet style atmosphere. Our 17 unique bedrooms are perfect for couples and families alike. We have an on–site crèche, a playroom for teenagers, a hot-tub, sauna, massage room, private bar and five course evening meals for adults. All our rooms can be booked for seven nights half board or for short breaks.
Chalet Plan des Rochers is 80 meters from the hotel and can be booked for exclusive use or by individual bedrooms. Fully catered and staffed with the same standards and facilities as our hotel, Plan des Rochers also benefits from an excellent ski to door location.

Chalet Lea:
Lea is one of our catered chalets offering premium service. It sleeps up to 10 people in five en-suite bedrooms with four twin rooms and one double. This property provides a homely environment to spend your ski holidays – offering the traditional features of a log cabin with exposed beams and an open fireplace. The living room has ample seating around the fireplace with terraces to enjoy the afternoon sun and an outdoor hot-tub. The pistes, resort centre and gondola lift of La Tania can be reached with just a short walk – or, for the experienced skiers, there are routes to be found through the trees for ski in/ski out.
Chalet Dolomites:
Catered chalet Dolomites is located in the buzzing traditional village of La Plagne Montchavin, in a great location at the foot of the piste and in the centre of the village with easy access for all amenities, including the recently opened swimming pool and aqua-centre. The property sleeps between 8-11 people in four bedrooms of various layouts over three floors – each bedroom has private shower and washbasin facilities (three rooms are en-suite and one is accessed from the corridor) and there is a WC on each floor. There is also a hot-tub on the balcony which faces south, overlooking the piste and the ski school snow garden. Dolomites is located just below the lift which carries you up to meet with the Vanoise Express link to Les Arcs – so you are conveniently located for skiing the whole Paradiski area of Les Arcs and La Plagne.

We’d love to welcome you to Meribel Mottaret.
Chalet Clementine has 10 beds in 5 double/twin en-suite rooms. The living/dining area is open plan and spacious with a wood fire and great views up to Mont Vallon. After a hard day on the mountain you can relax in the sauna or enjoy a glass of wine whilst you wait for a delicious dinner to be served.
It is situated right in the centre of Meribel Mottaret, with plenty of restaurants and bars and it’s just a short walk across the car park to the slopes. The Rastro is good for apres.
The price for 20 to 27 January is £6,415 but I can reduce this to £6,000 to fit your budget.
We provide gourmet food starting the day with a hearty breakfast. On your return from the slopes there will be a homemade cake or biscuits for you to enjoy and the evening starts with canapés and cocktails followed by a relaxed and delicious 3 course meal with unlimited wine.
The Three Valleys has excellent ski-ing for all abilities. The Meribel Valley has great, well thought out beginner areas, plenty of blues and reds, and more challenging blacks and accessible off piste for the more experienced. There’s fast access to both Courchevel with its vast open pistes and interesting couloirs, and Val Thorens, known for its high snow sure slopes.
We can help you organise your ski lessons, lift passes, equipment hire and transfers if you wish as we have good links with the local providers.

We can offer you Chalet La Luge in the village of La Tzoumaz, Verbier, Switzerland. The chalet has 6 en-suite bedrooms, an open plan living/dining room with log fire, TV and media PC, a separate TV room with cable TV and Wii, free WiFi throughout, a sauna, hot tub and stunning views.
We offer a cooked breakfast everyday (not just 6 mornings), homemade cake with afternoon tea everyday and a 5 course evening meal with wine on 6 nights.
The chalet is about 500m from the ski piste and we are happy to drop you off in the mornings to get first lift. The skiing in La Tzoumaz is great for beginners and intermediates and it's only a quick ski through to Verbier to access the more challenging runs. We are happy to help organise lessons for you and can offer discounts on transfers, ski rental and lift passes.
The price per person would be 750 Swiss Francs.

We can offer you exclusive use of Chalet Morville for the week commencing Saturday January 20, 2018 for 600 Euros per person (about £510). We are also happy to include a free transfer from Grenoble airport (90 minutes away).
The chalet has 5 bedrooms, all with ensuites, as well as the requisite outdoor hot tub and sauna. The living area is also spacious with several separate seating areas and a wood burning stove. The chalet also has a cinema room with 6 recliners and some giant beanbags, a games room with pool table and table football, a drying room with heated boot warmers and a fitness suite with gym equipment and an area for stretching.
We are located in a traditional village which is directly linked to the main resort area by a telecabine. The telecabine is a 10 minute walk from the chalet but we also provide a shuttle to and from it each day - so it is not an essential shuttle, so you don't have to rely on it - but we are reliable
The Les 2 Alpes resort is one of the highest in Europe, with glacial skiing up to 3600m. It is great for intermediates with lots of wide blue and red runs. There are plenty of bars in the resort and up the mountain for an apres drink, but we also have one local bar in the village a three minute walk away as well as a couple of restaurants.
