| Hi,
My fiancé and I are looking to get married in the Alps next winter, either Jan 18 or late March 18. There will be between 25 and 40 guests, some staying for a long weekend, whilst we hope most will stay for a full 7 day holiday.
We are looking for a large fully catered chalet for the main group (7 days), and additional accommodation for the rest.
Ideally we would find a large chalet capable of holding the wedding reception. Alternatively, smaller chalets if you know of a suitable reception venue close by (restaurant/ bar?). The ceremony will be symbolic only (non-legal) as we are not French residents, and very relaxed. Think of it more as a snowboarding holiday with a wedding, rather than a formal wedding setup.
We are open to ideas in any resort, however it must be in the actual resort rather than a drive away.
Cost is tight, 7 days fully catered accommodation needs to be under £500 per person.
