The property is located in the beautiful village of La Plagne Montalbert - the gondola lift is a 3 minute walk away and links the village to the whole Paradiski area. Chalet Balkiss (La Tania)

It is located on the Moretta Blanche piste returning to La Tania with just a short run down the piste in the morning to the gondola lift which carries you up towards Courchevel 1850. Chalet Grande Etoile is a traditional luxury chalets situated in the main street of the old town in Alpe d'Huez. The open-plan living and dining areas have a comfortable, cosy, home-from-home feel. The superb central location of the chalet means that you are close to three main lift systems within two minutes walk. The chalet has been finished with alpine furnishings with a modern twist, a style which continues in all of the en suite bedrooms. I wasn't going to respond as we don't meet one of your criteria but I notice that no-one is really ticking all the boxes so I've come up with a workaround suggestion 
Based at Samoens 1600, an hour from Geneva, we have 6 ensuite rooms which will easily accommodate your group. 4 of them are family suites with a double for the adults and then 2 single beds in the eaves. The other 2 rooms are doubles.
We have a 10,000 square meter garden with our own toboggan run and toboggans, it also has an outdoor hot tub with views of the pistes. We also have a tv snug with UK freeview channels, free WiFi, games room with pool table, huge living room that seats 22 with open fireplace.
We are a 3 minute drive from Samoens 1600 so we drop you onto a blue, red or green piste. This means you don't need to walk anywhere with your ski gear. Regarding your non-skiers, we are happy to drop them at the top of the Grand Massif Express so they can access Samoens village. They will be able to use the free ski bus to go to Sixt or Morillon.
On the catering side, we pride ourselves on the quality of our food. We use fresh produce, and we prepare everything ourselves onsite. We start the adults meal with an aperitif and canapes and serve dinner with a choice of 10 bottled wines. We serve an early children's meal of the same high standard.
That week we charge 950 euros per adult and 700 euros per child aged 2-15. If your group size increases, the 16th person would stay for free.

Chalet Charmille is in the heart of the Swiss 4 Valleys ski area which includes 410km of pistes and an excellent snow record. We are located just 200m from the pistes and 600m from the village centre. La Tzoumaz,a natural family friendly resort, is closely linked to Verbier and benefits from fewer lift queues and piste traffic in peak weeks, with good access into the 4 Valleys ski area.
The chalet has 6 guest bedrooms, a mix of doubles, twins and one triple, all ensuite. There is a large sauna and an outdoor jacuzzi. The food is of the highest quality. You will be welcomed with a champagne reception on arrival day. Afternoon tea and homemade cakes are served each afternoon and a choice of continental or cooked breakfast each morning. A four course dinner is served for six nights with unlimited Valais wine, and a simple supper is available on Chalet night off. A packed lunch is provided daily and hot drinks/toast are available all day in the dining room. Children’s menus are provided and can be served in advance of the adults meal if requested.
