| Hello, we are looking for a ski apartment or ski chalet for sole occupancy for a week during half term. France is our preference. The arrival date needs to be either 10th/11th Feb and the departure needs to be 17th/18th Feb. Our party consists of 2 couples and 2 small children (aged 3 and 4). So, we ideally need a place that has 2 double beds for the adults but the 3rd bedroom can either be a bunk bed room or twin beds. We are flexible on resort but it needs to be fairly large as the adults are reasonably experienced. The resort needs to be kid friendly as we are wanting our children to have some fun time on the slopes and possibly go in to a kindergarten club to increase their confidence on the snow. We are not looking for top end luxury but at the same time we are not looking for budget.

We can offer you our newly renovated 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment in La Chapelle d'Abondance in the vast Portes du Soleil ski area. The beds can be made into king size.The local slopes of Cret Beni are only a few minutes walk or 2 minutes on the bus, which stops right outside, ideal for beginners and intermediates, or a little further on to the lifts that take you to 650km of amazing skiing for the more adventurous! The slopes are nice and quiet in La Chapelle for the children. Or in Chatel there are several ski schools which could accommodate them for the day, allowing you plenty of time to explore the area. All car parks are free.
It has a very comfortable large living area and full kitchen, wifi,smart tv, apple tv, boot warmers and underfloor heating throughout. So great comfort for the adults when the kids are in bed!
We can recommend ski hire with 10% off(who come to the apartment at your convenience)
Chatel, up the road, has had the best conditions in the whole of the Portes du Soleil last season.
The lift to Torgon and the Swiss side of the Portes du Soleil is a 3 minute drive away
For half term 2017 it will be £1,600 for the week + cleaning for all 6 of you. Towels and linen included

La Terrasse is available for half term for £1800/week self catered.
La Terrasse is a lovely and bright modern chalet. It has 3 bedrooms - the master bedroom has French doors out onto the garden, an en suite bathroom and the beds can be either a large double or split into two singles. The second bedroom shares a bathroom and the beds can be a large double or two singles. The third bedroom shares a bathroom and has bunk beds.
The kitchen has a large fridge freezer, 4 ring electric hob and electric cooker, microwave, toaster, kettle and a washing machine. The kitchen has all the pots and pans and crockery you would need.
Samoens is a beautiful traditional Savoyard village. With a traffic free central square surrounded by cafes, boutique shops and the large church which shows the skills of the famous stonemasons of Samoens, the beautiful river Giffre running through the village and no big British tour companies bringing coach loads of tourists in, Samoens retains it’s wonderful French charm. There is a ice rink, cinema and bowling alley.
Samoens is part of the Grand Massif ski area is located only 50minutes from Geneva or 8hours from Calais. It has 265km of ski runs with an additional 42 hectares being developed for the 2017/18 season Europe’s longest lift taking you from 1200m to 2120m in just 10minutes. The high resort of Flaine goes up to 2500m and has a great snow record.
We are located just a few minutes drive from 3 of the main ski lifts and only a 60 second walk to the ski bus.

Directly opposite are Morillon, 2.5km, (5 mins drive) and the lovely alpine village of Samoens, 5km (10 minutes drive), which link easily to Flaine, Les Carroz and 265kms of piste which form the Grand Massif range, Frances 4th largest ski area.
You can find a selection of restaurants and an artisan bakery in Verchaix 1.5km down the hill, and Morillon village centre is 2km where you will find the tourist office, ESF, restaurants, bars, , and shops. The nearest supermarket is 3km. In winter there is a ski bus stop 50 meters from the apartment, but a car is recommended.

We have two adjoining properties and La Charmette which sleeps 6 is available for half term. We can accomodate you from Saturday 10 th February for the week.
Our beautifully renovated chalet is located in the hamlet of Beranger which is 3 Km's away from the village of St Martin de Belleville where the gondola will give you direct access to the ski area of the worlds largest linked ski resort of the Trois Vallees.
St Martin is a beautiful village with all amenities, including Supermarket, butchers, boulangerie, restaurants, bars and ski hire shops.
We can arrange for the local restaurants to collect you from Beranger and bring you home at no cost so you can relax and enjoy the hospitality in St Martin.
We can also book ski lessons in advance and have an English couple who live opposite who can help out with anything that needs arranging during your stay.
Our chalet is beautifully equipped, with stunning views over the valley.
The rental price includes local taxes, free wi-fi, English Sky TV including Sky Sports for those who need to keep in touch with what's going on, logs for the woodburning stove , linen, towels and end of stay cleaning.
Our rental price is lower than the ski in ski out...but the price difference helps towards the ski passes !
We have 3 bedrooms, one kingsize and two rooms which are twin bedded , but the beds can be made into one kingsize bed
The rental for the week is 1200 euros.
