We are situated in the picturesque alpine village of Samoens. Chalet Giffre has an excellent location located between the Gondola and town centre.
We offer a fully catered service 6 out of 7 days, cooked breakfast, 3 course evening meal with bottled wines and cold beers. Before the evening meal we have a free bar in moderation.
The gondola is just 400m which takes you to the midstation at 1600m.
There is no walking in ski boots. We have 2 minibuses servicing the chalet which drop you off at the Gondola in under a minute.
The public ski bus also stops out side the chalet
We also offer collection late afternoon from 5 different lift stations in the Valley.
We also offer airport transfers and in house ski hire latest models.

Hotel Au Coin du Feu is a full service hotel with a chalet style atmosphere. Our 17 unique bedrooms are perfect for couples and families alike. La Ferme du Chateau is a beautifully renovated Savoyard farmhouse with its exceptionally spacious accommodation in 6 en-suite rooms, great food prepared by a professional and quality wines. All rooms can be twin or double rooms, all of which have bath and/or shower facilities plus branded toiletries, dressing gowns, hair dryers and access to an outdoor sunken jacuzzi. The living / dining area is extremely spacious yet homely and is centered around a wood clad open fire with lots of comfy sofas in which to relax with a chilled glass of wine and canapes after a day on the slopes.

We are located in Samoens which is only 50 mins from Geneva. The village is part of the Grand Massif ski area which includes 5 resorts - Flaine, Samoëns, Morillon, Sixt and Les Carroz. It has 265km of ski runs, the high resort of Flaine goes up to 2500m and has a great snow record with runs to suit all levels, both on and off piste. Chalet Namika is an independently run chalet by Ian and myself (June). We aim to provide a relaxing atmosphere where you can chill out after an exciting days skiing. Chalet Namika is a ski in, ski out chalet situated on the sunny slopes of Alpe d’Huez which benefits from glacier skiing. Location: Morzine, Portes du Soleil | We have 4 lovely chalets in the Morzine-Avoiraz area.
The Portes du Soleil is a great choice for early-season skiing - having enjoyed some of the best snow in recent years.
Chalet Lucioles is a beautifully renovated chalet located right in the heart of Morzine - only 1 minute walk to the main lifts at Le Pleney, the ski schools, bars, restaurants and shops.
Pine Marten Lodge and Chalet Madosa are also centrally located in Morzine, offering easy access to the village amenities.
La Vieille Ferme de la Moussiere is our alpine farmhouse in St Jean d'Aulps (just outside Morzine). Only 5 minutes from the village centre (restaurants, bars) with a free minibus to/from the ski lifts so there is no need to walk anywhere in ski boots!

Catered rate 700€ per person.
Alpe d’Huez is a high altitude resort, ensuring great skiing conditions throughout the season. Fantastic for skiers and boarders of all levels.
Our main lounge and dining room feature a log fire, honesty bar, English Sky TV, DVD player, DVD’s, Wii U & games and classic family board games. Free Wi-Fi throughout.
For the adults, our spa area has a hot tub and sauna for added luxury & relaxation.
We also have a very friendly Bernese mountain dog!
Each guest room is en-suite and has a TV and DVD player, tea/coffee making facilities and a fridge.

Have you booked your holiday now? We have had a cancellation so can offer you Christmas week from the 23rd of December for £500 per person.
We can host your Christmas in the mountains in beautiful chalet Bernadine in Saint Jean in the Portes du Soleil; 55km from Geneva with Morzine, Les Gets and Avoriaz available for skiing and 1 mile walk to town.
 
- A warm welcome with glowing log fire, champagne and canapés.
- For breakfast – cereals, fruit, patisseries, yoghurts and 6 mornings you will have a cooked option to keep you warm for the slopes
- When you return each day there will be afternoon tea & cakes (or hot wings and beer on one evening if you like)
