We can offer you three rooms at The Goat Shed for the week 30 Dec - 6 Jan. Our special offer price is £440 per adult and £350 per child for the week, on a catered basis.
The chalet is situated in Peisey-Vallandry, at the heart of the Paradiski ski area, so plenty of high altitude skiing in both Les Arcs and La Plagne. Many resorts suffered last December, but Les Arcs still had 70% of runs open, with artificial snow providing runs back to all villages in the resort.
Our holidays include breakfast, afternoon tea with home made cakes and a delicious three course evening meal with wine for 6 nights. We're experienced in catering for children of all ages and we're happy to provide 'plain boy' food!
The chalet is not ski in/out, but we provide a minibus shuttle to and from the slopes each day (5 minutes drive). This is a flexible service run at times to suit you.
No swimming pool on site I'm afraid, but there are a couple in the resort.
The chalet is owner run - now in our 16th year. We pride ourselves on our warm welcome, fantastic food and personal service. There are recent reviews on our facebook page, if you want to check them out.

Chalet Gaillard has 5 bedrooms and can sleep 9 but suits a smaller group even better. The living/dining area is open plan with great views up to Mont Vallon. After a hard day on the mountain you can sit, relax and enjoy a glass of wine whilst you wait for a delicious dinner to be served.
It is situated close to the centre of Meribel Mottaret, with plenty of restaurants and bars. It’s a very short walk to the slopes and the nearest lift is about 300m away.
The Three Valleys has excellent ski-ing for all abilities. The Meribel Valley has great, well thought out beginner areas, plenty of blues and reds, and more challenging blacks and accessible off piste for the more experienced. There’s fast access to both Courchevel with its vast open pistes and interesting couloirs, and Val Thorens, known for its high snow sure slopes. The area is so snow sure it even offers a "snow guarantee".
The price for sole occupancy for 30 December to 6 January is £7550.
We provide gourmet food starting the day with a hearty breakfast. On your return from the slopes there will be a homemade cake or biscuits for you to enjoy and the evening starts with canapés and cocktails followed by a relaxed and delicious 3 course meal with unlimited wine. We can also provide an earlier 2 course children’s meal.
We can help you organise your ski lessons, lift passes, equipment hire and transfers as we have good links with local providers.
We know the Three Valleys well and as an independent chalet company we will tailor your holiday to your needs.

Sorry to hear your experience last year wasn't great. In Morzine we have the jewel in our crown that is Avoriaz which provided skiing during the New Year week last year.
We have availability in our resort centre plus standard chalet George. It is one of the oldest original chalet in Morzine and so was built when only the best plots were available. Therefore it is just 250m from the slopes, lifts, the heart of the village and the apres ski  The Super Morzine which takes you directly to the high snow sure pistes of Avoriaz is just 200m away from the chalet front door!
