Morzine is in the vast Portes du Soleil area which has 650 kms of linked piste. We are only a 5 minute flat walk from the Super Morzine bubble lift and town centre, but in a quiet area. We are also close to 2 free bus routes. One drops you right outside the Ardent telecabine to ski the Avoriaz, Chatel or Les Crosets areas, and the second will take you over to the Pleney in the centre of Morzine, to ski Morzine/Les Gets. A little bit about us:
We are about 15 minutes from Chatel and provide a private chauffeur driven minibus to get your group to their choice of lifts and back each day, allowing for access to the whole Portes de Soleil ski area.
The chalet is massive, with en-suite bedrooms and American-sized suite rooms that have both a bath, separate shower room and TV lounge attached to each of them.

We are fully catered, offering:

Our nearest bar is a 5 minutes’ walk away, with plenty of other local distractions such as a new spa in Chatel, dog sleigh rides, ice skating and much more.
Chatel is a great resort for all abilities, with some very good snow parks for boarders. The local ski school is excellent and well located for handy drop offs and pickups.

We’d love to welcome you to Chalet Sherpa in Morzine - just an hour and 20 minutes’ drive from Geneva airport. You can arrive/depart any day of the week and any time of day.
Chalet Sherpa has a fantastic friendly and welcoming atmosphere. The chalet sleeps up to 25 guests in 10 bedrooms. We provide holidays on a bed and breakfast basis - breakfast includes a choice of cereals, orange/apple juice, baguette, toast, butter/jams/spreads, yoghurts, croissants and also a cooked option with sausages, bacon, eggs, hash browns, beans, tomatoes and mushrooms. Tea, coffee and hot chocolate are available all day.
Our on-site Sherpa bar offers great value snacks and dinner every night from 6-10pm so you can choose either to eat in or sample one of the local restaurants in the evening.
The chalet is in a great location - just an easy, flat walk to Morzine town centre and ski lifts (800m) and 30m from the ski bus stop.
Your stated dates are exactly over the school holidays so if you want to avoid them and come at a cheaper time then I would suggest either January or March. The price for 4 nights starts from £260pp.

Here you go, this will interest you. 4 nights from Sunday 18th, a catered stay in 2 very comfortable en suite twin rooms, £300 per guest. The lift pass would be £200 and ski equipment hire £60. That brings you in £140 from your £700 target. Stay for the week and it would cost just £50 per guest extra for your stay with us.
Les Arcs/Paradiski area is our home resort and it's just 5 minutes to the high speed Funicular lift in Bourg St Maurice from the chalet.
Transport is provided for you to and from this lift all day long "on demand", that means no timetable to follow!
Chalet la Bas is a home from home with all of the services you would expect from an alpine ski chalet. The food's very good, the service level high and a good friendly stay is guaranteed.

Les Arcs/Paradiski has 425 km of ski runs, is a high altitude resort and has excellent skiing from 1200m up to 3200m. 70% of the pistes are above 2000m. There are 2 glacier ski areas.
