Alyson and I are looking for a skiing holiday for Christmas week with our 12 year old son Ben.
We'd like to stay in a catered chalet within a couple of hours drive of Geneva Airport.
I have booked flights out on Friday 22nd Dec. I'm happy to stay in the valley for this night, but if you can offer the extra night closer to departure this would be great.
A family room would be ideal, but 2 rooms is also okI'd like good access to and from the ski slopes, and somewhere to park my hire car.
I'd welcome all suggestions

Situated in the picturesque alpine village of Samoens with Flaine forms part of the Grand Massif Just 1 hour from Geneva.
Chalet Giffre has a great location in the town. The original farmhouse in the village with a private courtyard and the village on your door step. Just 400m to the church square and Gondola.
Our family run chalet has 6 bedrooms all have en suite shower room and wc. Each room has a double bed and single bed. Bunkbeds can be added to make family rooms sleeping up to 4. The chalet is built over 4 floors, with a log burning stove dividing the dinning area and the lounge area. Chalet Namika is an independently run chalet by Ian and myself (June). We aim to provide a relaxing atmosphere where you can chill out after an exciting days skiing. Chalet Namika is a ski in, ski out chalet situated on the sunny slopes of Alpe d’Huez which benefits from glacier skiing. We offer a high level of service with excellent food and complimentary fine wines, draft beer and spirits with evening meals.
Chalet Namika sleeps 16 people in either twin or triple rooms.
There is a large lounge/dining area with a log fireplace and TV,
A soundproof Cine’ room with a large screen for watching DVD’s.
We have a hot tub on the terrace and a steam room on the ground floor.
Alpe d’Huez is the perfect setting for a great skiing holiday and can cater for all levels of skier and snowboarder. The chalet is a ten minute walk from the village, however only a 2 minute ski to the main chairlifts and gondolas.
There is also a free bus into the village which runs every 10 mins.
Included in the price:
• Catering service including Breakfast, Afternoon Tea and a 3 course evening meal with complimentary fine wines, beer and spirits.
• Free WIFI and a sky television
• A private driveway for parking if you self-drive

Chalet Petite Etoile des Neige is a traditional luxury chalet situated in the main street of the old town in Alpe d'Huez. The open-plan living and dining areas have a comfortable, cosy, home-from-home feel. We'd love to host your stay at Chalet Chery des Meuniers and have one nice family room left for those dates (including the extra night on the Friday - no extra charge for that one!). The price would be £620 per adult and absolutely nothing for Ben. We are running a 'kids stay free' promotion in one of the other chalets and can extend it to this room in order to fill up the diary! The chalet is in a great spot for access to the cable cars on both sides of the valley and is set back from the road in a picture postcard spot. Chalet La Fugue is in a unique position in that you can ski out and almost ski in and we are less than 5 mins walk from the centre of Meribel with its many shops, restaurants and bars.

There’s fast access to both Courchevel with its vast open pistes and interesting couloirs, and Val Thorens, known for its high snow sure slopes.
We can help organise ski lessons, lift passes, equipment hire and transfers as we have good links with the local providers.

La Ferme is a beautifully renovated Savoyard farmhouse with exceptionally spacious accommodation in 6 en-suite rooms, great food prepared by a professional and quality wines. Location: Morzine/Saint Jean D'Aulps - Portes Du Soleil | Hi Steve,
We can host you for 7 or 8 days from the 22nd of December. We would ask for 750€ per adult and 375€ for Ben and have a family room with en suite. It has a double bed and bunk beds in a separate alcove. (they are suitable for adults so will be fine for Ben).
We have parking, a hot tub and sauna and offer a chauffeur service to and from the lifts for skiing. We can also set up other mountain experiences for you such as, dog sledding, snow trekking and pamper days.
 
We put on a Christmas dinner with all the trimmings and there are carols and mulled wine in town on Christmas eve if you fancy stepping out. We make sure Santa knows where you are and there will be a gift under the tree for each of you.
We own and run our chalet so say the word and we will move heaven and earth to make sure you get the best possible festive treat in the Alps!

We have a great chalet in Morzine available …..
Built 4 years ago, Chalet Le Cabri is a stunning property with 5 beautiful ensuite bedrooms, sleeping 12 people in total.
With amazing views across Morzine, and each bedroom having a balcony (Room 1 also has disabled access), super comfortable beds and Egyptian cotton linen, you will be well rested after a great day’s ski-ing.
Our experienced team serve you amazing food and high quality wines after relaxing in our lovely Jacuzzi.
Our chalets are both located 600 metres from the centre of Morzine with the free ski-bus stopping IN the driveway, very handy for families as the bus takes you from the front door right to the slopes! Super Morzine (access Avoriaz and Switzerland) then Pleney for Morzine, Les Gets and Nyon. In the evenings (after 8pm) you can easily walk into town within 10 minutes.

Morzine Retreats has been operating in Morzine for 14 years, we are able to help with transfers, lessons, childcare, ski-hire and any other requirements you might have. From Friday 22nd December - 30th December - reduced to £799 pp, plenty of parking available at the chalet.
