| Hi, we are looking for accommodation in a ski resort within a 2 hour transfer from Geneva Airport for 2 people for the specified dates in February (7 nights). Open to suggestions, but prefer somewhere quiet(ish) and small, but close to pubs / restaurants. Would rather somewhere other than Chamonix and Meribel as we have been there before and would like to try somewhere else. We would need somewhere within walking distance to the slopes, or with transport provided. We are both probably in the “intermediate” bracket with regards to ski ability, so not worried about off-piste or black runs….. ;-)
Also, we have our flights booked to Geneva, so are fixed for the specified dates.

Situated in the picturesque alpine village of Samoens with Flaine forms part of the Grand Massif Just 1 hour from Geneva.
Chalet Giffre has a great location in the town. The original farmhouse in the village with a private courtyard and the village on your door step. Just 400m to the church square and Gondola.
Our family run chalet has 6 bedrooms all have en suite shower room and wc. Each room has a double bed and single bed. Bunkbeds can be added to make family rooms sleeping up to 4. The chalet is built over 4 floors, with a log burning stove dividing the dinning area and the lounge area. We have a free bar before dinner offering beers, wines, and a few old favourites like G&T`s in front of the log fire.
Fully catered service 6 out of 7 days, cooked breakfast, afternoon tea/coffee freshly baked cakes, 3 course evening meal and cheese board served with cold beers and wine.

Chalet Barthelemy is in Peisey, Les Arcs and sleeps up to 20 in en suite rooms - 150m to the ski lift, 300m to the bars and restaurant.
It has a sauna, wifi sat tv, open fire, games console, heated boot room...
The price is £439 per person catered
The other chalet sleeps up to 8 and is in Plagne 1800 at 180m to the piste and there you can ski down to the ski lift.
It has wifi, dvd player, games console and wood burning fire. The price for a twin with private bathroom is £399 per person catered.

Will-i-ski? is an independent owner run chalet company dedicated to bringing you a unique holiday you will not forget. We (Phoebe and Charlie) currently run the Chalet Marmotte in La Plagne 1800 and feel the chalet can deliver everything you require for a traditional and cosy chalet holiday.
The Chalet Marmotte sleeps up to 15 people in various room configurations. There is a lounge/dining area with a log fireplace and a separate ‘snug’ with games console and a TV for watching DVD’s.
