We are looking for Chalet Couple (cook/chef and host) to cater in our friendly 12 person chalet in Tignes les Brevieres in the French Alps for the rest of the winter season.
The Chalet Cook must be capable of catering to a high standard, 6 day a week, breakfast and a 5 course evening meal including cannapes. The Chalet Cook must work well under pressure and be able to produce well-presented dishes in a timely fashion. A set menu and full training will be provided by our executive chef
The Chalet Cook must be a confident and experienced home cook. Previous employed catering experience or catering qualification is disirable, but not essential. It is also essential they are well organised and are clean and tidy in a kitchen with a general kitchen hygiene awareness.
The Chalet Host will be responsible for the smooth daily running of the Chalet and keeping the Chalet clean and tidy at all times. A high standard of cleanliness and great attention to detail is required.
