We are looking for family accommodation for 2 adults and 3 children (12,10 & 6) for April 7th-14th.
Kids have never been skiing before so would need something close to ski school and nursery slopes.
Preferably catered.
Ideally in a high resort with good chance of snow late in the season.

Hotel Au Coin du Feu is a full service hotel with a chalet style atmosphere. Our 17 unique bedrooms are perfect for couples and families alike. The double height living room has enormous windows, meaning plenty of light and space as well as stunning views. Decorated with inviting sofas, fur cushions and vintage Savoyard décor, the chalet feels warm and comfortable.
The spacious twin/double bedrooms are made extra comfortable with feather duvets and pillows, fluffy towels and toiletries.
The service
After a day enjoying the incredible Three Valleys skiing, soothe any aches in the hot tub then sink into the comfortable sofas and unwind with a glass of bubbly while your hosts create an indulgent four-course meal.
The open bar includes beer, house wine, sparkling wine and soft drinks, with hand-picked wines especially chosen to accompany each meal. Nespresso coffee and chocolates are served around the log fire. A hearty cooked breakfast and home-baked afternoon tea treats are served 6 days during the week.

The resort
La Tania is renowned for being a good value resort from which to ski the celebrated Three Valleys. With a friendly atmosphere and good apres-ski venues as well as restaurants ranging from good old pizza to Michelin-star dining, the village attracts young families and groups of skiers and boarders.

Nendaz is a really good family resort with toboggan slopes, magic carpet for the kids, ice rink and many other activities.
Our beginner slopes are at 2200 meters so always good snow and the top lifts are at 3330 meters so VERY SNOW SURE.

Chalet Grande Etoile is a traditional classic chalet situated in the main street of the old town in Alpe d'Huez. The open-plan living and dining area has a comfortable, cosy, home-from-home feel. The superb central location of the chalet means that you are close to the shops, restaurants and bars plus the three main lift systems within two minutes walk. We are about 15 minutes from Chatel and provide a private chauffeur driven minibus to get your group to their choice of lifts and back each day, allowing for access to the whole Portes du Soleil ski area - without the need for walking!
Our chalet is massive, with en-suite bedrooms and American-sized suite rooms that have both a bath, separate shower room and TV lounge attached to each of them. With free on-site parking, massive wrap around balconies, amazing views and free WiFi throughout.
We are also fully catered, offering:
- Welcome drink on arrival
- 4 course meal on 6 nights with complimentary wines
- Daily cooked and continental breakfast
- Daily afternoon tea
We can arrange for delivery of discounted ski kit hire directly to the chalet for fitting, as well as lift passes.

Chatel is a great resort for all ages and abilities- linking into Avoriaz, Morzine and Les Gets, with excellent local ski schools, ideally located for handy drop offs and pick ups.

It is in a great location close to the piste, allowing you to ski back to within 300m of the chalet.(conditions permitting). You can also ski from the chalet to the lifts after a short walk of 300m, alternatively the chalet minibus will run you to the lifts. Morzine centre with all its amenities, including an abundance of restaurants, shops and bars is just a 10 minute walk from the chalet.

The apartment affords a fully equipped kitchen, 2 bathrooms, three bedrooms and a twin bedded mezzanine area, there are no bed settees! The living room has luxurious leather reclining seating and flat screen television that will accommodate most game systems. The dining area has a large pine table that comfortably seats 8 and gives views across the valley, and access via french doors to your private balcony. There is also free Wi-Fi.
All this is set in the grange of an old traditional Savoyard farm house that has been recently renovated, in the picturesque village of Essert Romand in the middle of the Portes du Soleil area, this beautiful apartment is arranged over 2 floors and is full of rustic charm, original beams etc.
We are a 5 minute drive from the centre of the vibrant Morzine town centre or 200m to the ski bus which goes direct to Morzine and the Super Morzine and Pleney telecabins where you can ski Avoriaz and on into Switzerland.
Morzine is renowned for being a popular family resort and here at Chalet La Salle we are conveniently placed for accessing the wide variety of pistes and nursery slopes.
We can also help arrange discounted airport transfers and ski hire. We can collect, once ordered, your lift passes so that they are here waiting for you. Do an essential shop for your arrival and request a daily delivery of fresh bread and croissants.

The chalet is at most a 5-minute walk to the ski school meeting area, and lift up to the nursery slopes. And after a couple of days they'll be able to ski from the escalator which is a 2 minute walk from the chalet. There has been so much snow this year, that there'll be plenty left in April.
