The double height living room has enormous windows, meaning plenty of light and space as well as stunning views. Decorated with inviting sofas, fur cushions and vintage Savoyard décor, the chalet feels warm and comfortable.

The service
After a day enjoying the incredible Three Valleys skiing, soothe any aches in the hot tub then sink into the comfortable sofas and unwind with a glass of bubbly while your hosts create an indulgent four-course meal.

The resort

I’m pleased to let you know we have availability at la petite buche for your dates, the chalet sits just below the road and looks on to the river Bourne, it's a hidden gem. The chalet is warm and cosy with all you would expect, wifi, uktv, a good dvd library, linen, and a roaring fire, for those chilly nights.
The pretty mountain village of Le Grand Bornand is only a short flat walk away, and has lots of lovely bars and alpine restaurants to chose from. The telecabine to the slopes is a short distance away and gives access to some great pistes.
We are both chefs in Crete during the summer so you will be well fed, (specific dietary needs can be catered for with notice). Ski school, private lessons and transfers can all be organized for you, it’s your holiday. Le Grand Bornand is only an hour from Geneva airport, so makes it a great spot for short or long stays alike.
The price per person per night, bed breakfast, and a lovely evening meal (wine and beer included) is £65

Chalet Namika is an independently run chalet by Ian and myself (June). We aim to provide a relaxing atmosphere where you can chill out after an exciting days skiing. Chalet Namika is a ski in, ski out chalet situated on the sunny slopes of Alpe d’Huez which benefits from glacier skiing. | We would have two rooms for your family at Chalet Genevieve in Val d'Isère from Monday, 2nd April.
You can ski to the door of the chalet, which is owner-run and situated in the exclusive La Legettaz area at the foot of the Solaise slopes. In the mornings you just need to walk 100 yards down the road before putting on your skis. All five rooms have their own facilities. There is an outdoor hot tub, large sun terrace, log fire, mini bar, boot heater, foot massager, free WIFI, iPod and base station, indoor and outdoor parking, to say nothing of the beautiful views up the Manchet valley and over the village.
The Espace Killy has over 300km of piste to suit all abilities and the off-piste possibilities are endless. The village is at 1850m and with two glaciers, you will be assured of good snow. The après-ski entertainment is also varied and plentiful.
Included in the price are breakfast (freshly-squeezed orange juice, cereals, yoghurts, fresh fruit, bread, croissants, porridge and a hot option, eg. poached egg and ham on a toasted muffin), afternoon tea and on 4 evenings we serve a pre-dinner drink with canapés followed by a 4-course evening meal with select wines. We are about 15 minutes from Chatel and provide a private chauffeur driven minibus to get your group to their choice of lifts and back each day, allowing for access to the whole Portes du Soleil ski area - without the need for walking!
Our chalet is massive, with en-suite bedrooms and American-sized suite rooms that have both a bath, separate shower room and TV lounge attached to each of them. With free on-site parking, massive wrap around balconies, amazing views and free WiFi throughout.
