Our aim is to deliver the best budget chalet holiday food in the alps.
The chalet chef / cook's primary responsibility is to follow the Snow Retreat menu (which is provided) serving beautifully presented, appetizing food in an customer facing kitchen. All supplies are delivered to resort.
Our chefs:
- Are experienced in cooking /catering environments but will also consider highly organised applicants with a passion for cooking
- Have a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene
- Are able to cook in a small customer facing kitchen
- Are generally lovely people!
Package
Competitive pay dependent on position and experience (paid in to UK bank account). Accommodation, food, season lift pass, equipment rental, medical and personnel insurance, uniform, training. 1 full day off per week, 1 weeks holiday during the season (fixed dates).
Plenty of time on the mountain
All applicants must have a UK/ EU passport or visa to work in the UK, a UK bank account, a permanent UK national insurance number and must reside in the UK prior to the winter season.
