Treeline Chalets are now looking for a Chalet Chef to run our fablous new luxury catered chalet in Morzine next season.
We are accepting applications from individual chefs, or couples (one chef and one host). We are looking for previous catering experience, ideally in a professional kitchen. It’s a great opportunity to take meet lots of interesting people, get maximum ski time and the tips are really good too! Applicants must have UK NI insurance number and recent NI contributions. Treeline offer a competitive all inclusive package for all their staff with accommodation, PDS lift pass, mountain insurance, travel bursary and much more all included.
Skills Required:
Create an inspiring and delicious 6 day menu plan, which can be adapted for all dietary requirements.
Cook a delicious and well presented 4-course evening meal.
Deliver a variety of hot tasty breakfast options & bake beautiful afternoon tea on a daily basis with high presentation levels.
High level of customer service – hospitality/catering/customer service experience is a must!
Lively, outgoing personality who is motivated and enthusiastic
Love of the mountains – skiing or snowboarding experience is preferable
Patience – some people take a long time to get going on the first morning!
Self-sufficient & assertive with attention to detail but enjoy being part of a team
Highly proficient at cleaning and maintain their high standards of cleanliness in the chalets
