Location: Samoëns | We can offer an ensuite double room in our light & modern catered chalet, with wood-burner, sauna & outdoor hot tub. We’re an owner-run chalet and really care about making a great holiday for our guests.
Chalet Nordchamp is only an hour from Geneva airport, so nice short transfer times. The ski area is the Grand Massif - 265km of awesome skiing - both in the tree-lined villages and high-up above the tree line in Flaine (2,500m). We hate walking in ski/board boots and reckon guests do too, so we offer a free minibus shuttle for lift drop-off & pick-up. Its just 2-4 minutes to the lift, depending on which of the 3 you choose… so probably less walking in ski boots than a ski in/out chalet!

We’re passionate about food & great ingredients. Meals are relaxed and plentiful, and of course decent bottled wine is included. We're just a 5 minute walk to the village of Morillon, or 5-10 minutes on the free ski-bus into the bigger Samoens. Samoens has lovely shopping, cafes/bars, ice-skating, botanical garden & spa facilities - so good for any non-ski days.

We have an ensuite twin room available up to 5th Jan, in our B&B chalet in Morzine. Morzine is in the vast Portes du Soleil area which has 650 kms of linked piste. We are only a 5 minute flat walk from the Super Morzine bubble lift and town centre, but in a quiet area. We are also close to 2 free bus routes. One drops you right outside the Ardent telecabine to ski the Avoriaz, Chatel or Les Crosets areas, and the second will take you over to the Pleney in the centre of Morzine, to ski Morzine/Les Gets. We’re only 1 hour 20 minutes from Geneva airport and can organise your transfer from there if needed.
We can also help you organise your ski lessons, chalet delivery of ski equipment, and buy your passes in advance so that you can hit the slopes as soon as possible. Free WIFI is available. We have a double en-suite room available in our seven bedroom catered chalet in the lovely village of St Jean d'Aulps in the heart of the Portes du Soleil. The price for 29th Dec to 5th January would be £799 per person
We are owner run and food is exceptionally important to us and we can promise you food way beyond the usual chalet menu. We have a Certificate of Excellence on Trip Advisor so please do have a look to see what other guests think of us. The above price includes cooked and continental breakfast, afternoon tea with home-made cakes and four course evening meal with wine on six nights.
We shuttle you to and from the lifts of your choice everyday so you don’t need to worry about walking or waiting around for ski buses. The local lifts at Pleney, Ardent, Prodain or Super Morzine are around 10 minutes drive away and we also have a smaller, unlinked resort called Roc D’Enfer just two minutes from the chalet which is a real hidden gem.
The chalet has an outside hot tub, sauna, large lounge area with open log fire and separate bar area with well stocked honesty bar. We are within walking distance of local shops, bars and restaurants.
We can arrange transfers from Geneva for an additional cost.
The Portes du Soleil is the world's largest internationally linked ski area offering skiing in 12 resorts across France and Switzerland. The 650 km of pistes offer ample opportunities for all abilities and disciplines and boasts an excellent snow record.

How does this sound?
We are about 15 minutes from Chatel and provide a private chauffeur driven minibus to get you to your choice of lifts and back each day. No walking in ski boots carrying skis! You would have access to the whole of the Portes du Soleil ski area.
