I’m pleased to let you know we have availability at la petite buche from the 5th to the 10th, the chalet sits in a quiet location just below the road and looks on to the river Bourne, it's a hidden gem. The chalet is warm and cosy with all you would expect, wifi, uktv, a good dvd library, linen, and a roaring fire, for those chilly nights.
The pretty mountain village of Le Grand Bornand is only a short flat walk away, and has lots of lovely bars and alpine restaurants to chose from. The telecabine to the slopes is a short distance away and gives access to some great pistes.
We are both chefs in Crete during the summer so you will be well fed, (specific dietary needs can be catered for with notice). Ski school, private lessons and transfers can all be organized for you, it’s your holiday. Le Grand Bornand is only an hour from Geneva airport, so makes it a great spot for short or long stays alike.

I have 2 chalets available in Les Gets, France based in the ski area of The Portes du Soleil just over an hour from Geneva airport so a quick transfer ideal for a short break. I have space in Senlac self-catered from 2nd and 9th Feb or Kavakia fully catered 9th Feb and 2nd March. Senlac might work out too much for 5 as this sleeps 10 people. Depending on travel date Kavakia will be from £60 to £75 a night pp. All these bedrooms have ensuites and a mix of double and singles in each room.
Senlac you can ski back to the door, Kavakia you can ski back to within 100 metres. Whilst both are also on the free bus route we provide drop off services to insure ski school deadlines are met !!!!.
We have lived in Les Gets and operated Mr Ski for 15 years so rest assured we are genuine, no what we are doing and there will be no surprises!.
If you don't know Les Gets its a beautiful alpine resort great for all levels of skiers. The village was here long before the skiing so has a nice atmosphere with plenty of bars, restaurants and boutiques etc. We have approximately 70% of repeat bookings - people keep coming back to Les Gets. We have rooms available in our seven bedroom catered chalet from 23rd February for four nights. The price would be £390 per person.
Food is exceptionally important to us and we can promise you food way beyond the usual chalet menu. We have a Certificate of Excellence on Trip Advisor so please do have a look to see what other guests think of us. The above price includes cooked and continental breakfast, afternoon tea with home-made cakes and four course evening meal with wine on three nights (Tuesday is our staff's night off).
We shuttle you to and from the lifts of your choice everyday so you don’t need to worry about walking or waiting around for ski buses. The local lifts at Pleney, Ardent, Prodain or Super Morzine are around 10 minutes drive away and we also have a smaller, unlinked resort called Roc D’Enfer just two minutes from the chalet which is a real hidden gem.
The chalet has an outside hot tub, sauna, large lounge area with open log fire and separate bar area with well stocked honesty bar. We are within walking distance of local shops, bars and restaurants.
We can arrange transfers from Geneva for an additional cost.
