| | Couple looking for a last minute cheap ski break. Ideally Les Arcs/Vallandry but open to suggestions. Flying into Geneva Saturday evening and back following Friday morning. Space in a chalet would be ideal but anything considered. Double or twin room (comfy beds please) with ensuite a must, hot tub outdoors, ski in, ski out would be brilliant but not essential. Not bothered about canapes and champagne or nightlife/bars being nearby, just good hearty food and a relaxed atmosphere. | I have a a full ensuite double or twin room from 2nd - 8th March. I can offer you this room for a total price of £1000 GBP inc. airport transfers.
Chalet de Vamorel is a charming catered chalet-hotel.
The lift/pistes are 50m away, the chalet has 20 beds in 8 rooms, hot-tub,
wifi, huge lounge with log fire, chalet bar, great hospitality and cooking.
The village centre of Valmorel is 3 minutes away via frequent free bus
service that runs till 1am.
Valmorel is becoming better known, with 150m of pistes, 40 lifts, genuinely
skiing for all abilities, plus everything is about 30% cheaper than the
neighbouring larger resorts. 6 day Grande Domaine lift pass costs
€230 euros.
The nearest airport is Chambery, 1 hour away followed by Lyon, Geneva and
Grenoble which are all less than 2 hrs. We can arrange transfers for about €100 euros per person return.

Location: La Plagne | Our chalet-hotel offers half board accommodation in snow sure Plagne 1800, part of the Paradiski area. We are next to the slopes and two chair lifts, with the ski school meeting point just across the street.
Facilities include:

Covered parking at the hotel is 50 euros a week but there is outdoor parking nearby if preferred. Eurostar travellers have just a short ride up the mountain to reach us so there are no lengthy transfers.
