I am looking for a sole occupancy chalet to rent for Christmas week 2019 for a family group that comprises 8 Adults and 4 young children/babies.
We are looking for preferably Catered and within a ski resort on or within walking distance to the slopes (I.e. don't need to drive every morning). Ski area is less important but would need to keep the more advanced members interested for a week of skiing, and ideally offer other off slope activities such as swimming pool, ice rink etc.
Dogs allowed would be a bonus (1 Black Labrador)
Please let me know if you have some suitable solutions.

We have availability for Christmas 2019.
Morin is independently owned and managed chalet in Morzine. Built in the mid 1950s by a local architect as his family home with spacious seating and eating spaces, ideal for large gatherings of all ages. We offer a really personal service and can give you the best advice about the chalet and skiing the Portes du Soleil.

Our rooms vary from Family to twin/doubles, all with en suite or private bathrooms and can sleep 14-20. There is an enormous main sitting and dining room, a conversation pit with an inglenook fireplace, and a snug sitting room for afternoon tea and TV. Morin is a great place for large groups – you can all gather in the main reception and dining room, sneak off to catch a film on the TV, or put your feet up and read a book. Outside there is a large hot tub and south facing terrace and deck overlooking the tree lined gardens.
We also offer guests our driver and minibus service to and from the lifts daily (3+mins) and for the more adventurous, a lift into the centre of town after dinner. We also offer the usual assistance with airport transfers, lift passes and ski/board hire in the comfort of the chalet as well as safe, secure parking for up to seven cars if you want to drive.

Samoens is a great traditional village and the lively centre is around 5 minutes walk from the chalet. Samoens is part of the Grand Massif and gives access to a great range of skiing (265km) up to 2500m height. The main lift out of the village takes you to 1600m where the ski schools meet and the main skiing begins.
The price would be £820 for adults and £525 for the children and £150 for the baby. A total of £8285 for the group. If you are self driving the price would reduce by £720 to £7565. Our chalet is situated just outside of Vaujany, a small, authentic Alpine village with great amenities such as a swimming pool, bowling, amazing day care, an ice-skating rink and daily animations.
We are part of the vast ski area of Alpe d’Huez which is superb for people of all levels of skiing.

Chalet La Pastorale is still available for the week.
The chalet has ensuite bedrooms, hot tub, sauna, free wi-fi and a lovely large lounge with a great log fire. It is in a great location close to the piste, allowing you to ski back to within 300m of the chalet.(conditions permitting). You can also ski from the chalet to the lifts after a short walk of 300m, alternatively the chalet minibus will run you to the lifts. Morzine centre with all its amenities, including an abundance of restaurants, shops and bars is just a 10/15 minute walk from the chalet.

Hotel Au Coin du Feu is a full service hotel with a chalet style atmosphere. Our 17 unique bedrooms are perfect for couples and families alike. Chalet Namika is an independently run chalet by Ian and myself (June). We aim to provide a relaxing atmosphere where you can chill out after an exciting days skiing. Chalet Namika is a ski in, ski out chalet situated on the sunny slopes of Alpe d’Huez which benefits from glacier skiing. Les Granges is at 1250m altitude. We normally have snow by Christmas, with
at least one of the runs to the chalet open (for the last 13 out of 16
years!)

The double height living room has enormous windows, meaning plenty of light and space as well as stunning views. Decorated with inviting sofas, fur cushions and vintage Savoyard décor, the chalet feels warm and comfortable.

The service

The resort
La Tania is renowned for being a good value resort from which to ski the celebrated Three Valleys. With a friendly atmosphere and good apres-ski venues as well as restaurants ranging from good old pizza to Michelin-star dining, the village attracts young families and groups of skiers and boarders.

We have our Chalet in the French Pyrenees available for Solo Occupancy for Xmas 2019.
We could offer 7 nights catered for a ceiling price of 6000 €. We have 5 large en-suite bedrooms of which 2 are larger family suites sleeping 4 & 5 people respectively. All of the beds are proper size single beds and we can arrange king sized beds in each room too.
Your stay here would include breakfast every morning with a hot option, afternoon tea upon your return to the chalet each evening and a 3 course evening meal with unlimited house wine on 6 nights out of 7.
We also offer lifts each morning and afternoon to the ski stations although you might like to take the opportunity to wander around our wonderful 19th century town and sample the atmosphere.
Lastly, we'd be happy to help arrange airport transfers from Toulouse or Tarbes / Lourdes airports if needs be.

We are about 15 minutes from Chatel and would provide a private chauffeur driven minibus to get you to your choice of lifts and back each day. No walking in ski boots carrying skis! You would have the whole Portes du Soleil ski area.

You may have well been inundated - but Morin may well be worth considering for Christmas 2019.
Morin is independently owned and managed chalet in Morzine. Built in the mid 1950s by a local architect as his family home with spacious seating and eating spaces, ideal for large gatherings of all ages. We offer a really personal service and can give you the best advice about the chalet and skiing the Portes du Soleil.

Our rooms vary from Family to twin/doubles, all with en suite or private bathrooms. There is an enormous main sitting and dining room, a conversation pit with an inglenook fireplace, and a snug sitting room for afternoon tea and TV. Morin is a great place for large groups – you can all gather in the main reception and dining room, sneak off to catch a film on the TV, or put your feet up and read a book. Outside there is a large hot tub and south facing terrace and deck overlooking the tree lined gardens.
We also offer guests our driver and minibus service to and from the lifts daily (3+mins) and for the more adventurous, a lift into the centre of town after dinner. We also offer the usual assistance with airport transfers, lift passes and ski/board hire in the comfort of the chalet as well as safe, secure parking for up to seven cars if you want to drive.
