| I have posted on here a few days ago but our party size has now changed! Apologies to anyone who has replied to me previously.
We are now a 6 adults and 4 children aged 5,4,3 and 2.
We want to be near ski lifts and in a resort that is reasonably snow sure for January so with access to high pistes. All adults can ski and snowboard so we want access to a variety of pistes.
We want a good area for relaxing in the evening as 4 are coming over from Australia so we want to be able to chat and relax.
We would like 5 bedrooms.

We are in Morzine where we have direct access to the 650kms of Portes du Soleil ski area - so plenty to keep you busy during the day. The PDS ski area is ideal for children as well as the more advanced skiers and boarders- there’s also so much to do and see in Morzine- swimming, ice-hockey, snow-shoeing and X country skiing trails -Morzine’s great offerings g is that it is a all year round town - there’s even a Wednesday market if you fancy it!
In the evenings Morin’s sitting rooms/areas are great for chewing the cud, chatting around the log fire,or generally just catching up. We’ ve hosted guests who came over from Australia to catch up with UK friends and they all had a great time. Snow? We sure had snow this last season - we were even on the mountain in May! Chalet Namika is an independently run chalet by Ian and myself (June). We aim to provide a relaxing atmosphere where you can chill out after an exciting days skiing. Chalet Namika is a ski in, ski out chalet situated on the sunny slopes of Alpe d’Huez which benefits from glacier skiing. We offer a high level of service with excellent food and complimentary fine wines, draft beer and spirits with evening meals.
Chalet Namika sleeps 16 people in either twin or triple rooms ( all en-suite )
There is a large lounge/dining area with a log fireplace and TV,
A soundproof Cine’ room with a large screen for watching DVD’s.
We have a hot tub on the terrace and a steam room on the ground floor.
Alpe d’Huez is the perfect setting for a great skiing holiday and can cater for all levels of skier and snowboarder. The chalet is a ten minute walk from the village, however only a 2 minute ski to the main chairlifts and gondolas.
There is also a free bus into the village which runs every 10 mins.

We are located in Morzine in the midst of the huge Portes du Soleil ski area and Chalet Fourmiliere is a two hundred year old farmhouse with luxurious interiors and 6 guest bedrooms, sleeping up to 12 adults.
For après ski, we have a wonderful hot tub with butler drinks service, pool/games room and sitting room with the roaring fire.
We have a talented team to ensure you enjoy every minute of your stay… our chef will produce an excellent breakfast in the morning, sending you off to the slopes, fully loaded, welcoming you back with afternoon tea, before pre dinner drinks and canapés and a four course evening meal. All bed linen, towels and kitchen linen are supplied (beds made up on arrival) plus a full supply of kindling and logs for the wood burner.
The house enjoys a commanding position facing south over the village of La Combe, a traditional Savoyard hamlet, 5-6 minutes drive from the lifts at St Martin de Belleville. From here you can access the vast Three Valleys ski area. The car park at St Martin is immediately opposite the bubble lift so no walking through the resort in ski boots!
We are basically self-catered but if you prefer not to cook, you can use our catering partner HUSKI (www.hu.ski) who can provide delicious evening meals for you to reheat when you return from ski/apres-ski. This gives you the choice of catered or self-catered.
The house is currently available self-catered from 4/1/20 to 11/1/20 for €2,000.

The area:
Morillon is a gorgeous village in the French Alps with great skiing in the Grand Massif 240k of pistes!
The skiing is great with tree lined runs and lots of fun to be had! It is part of the grand Massif area with Flaines snow sure north facing bowl. There is a great ESF set up in Morillon with lessons for all ages.
The village has restaurants, bars, supermarket, , boulangerie etc all you could need!
Downstairs consists of open plan living room and dining area, bedroom 1 with kingsize bed with corridor to a bathroom with shower, additional bathroom with shower, fully equipped modern kitchen.
Upstairs consists of 3 bedrooms - 1 double, 2x triples next to each other (so 3 kids could go together and one with the parents maybe the youngest, thats what we do with a big group!) triples with 3 adult size single beds and there's a landing area with sofa TV and games, DVDs and books.
There is a balcony with double doors and lovely mountain views.
to the front of the property there is parking space for up to 6 cars.
There is also a boot and ski storage place and bench plus washer and drier in the garage.

You can ski to the door of the chalet, which is owner-run and situated in the exclusive La Legettaz area at the foot of the Solaise slopes. In the mornings you just need to walk 100 yards down the road before putting on your skis. All five rooms have their own facilities. There is an outdoor hot tub, large sun terrace, log fire, mini bar, boot heater, foot massager, free WIFI, iPod and base station, indoor and outdoor parking, to say nothing of the beautiful views up the Manchet valley and over the village.
The Espace Killy has over 300km of piste to suit all abilities and the off-piste possibilities are endless. The village is at 1850m and with two glaciers, you will be assured of good snow. The après-ski entertainment is also varied and plentiful.
Included in the price are breakfast (freshly-squeezed orange juice, cereals, yoghurts, fresh fruit, bread, croissants, porridge and a hot option, eg. poached egg and ham on a toasted muffin), afternoon tea and on 6 evenings we serve a pre-dinner drink with canapés followed by a 4-course evening meal with select wines. Hotel Au Coin du Feu is a full service hotel with a chalet style atmosphere. Our 17 unique bedrooms are perfect for couples and families alike. All our rooms can be booked for seven nights half board or for short breaks.

The chalet sleeps 9 (extra beds available for children) in 5 bedrooms and has 3 bathrooms. There is a large open plan kitchen, dining and living room which opens onto a terrace with hot tub and views of the mountains. There is parking for 3 cars, free wifi and English television. We provide a welcome pack for your arrival.
We can recommend the local ski station of La Grande Terche. Alternatively we are just are a 12 minute drive from Ardent which links up to the whole of the Portes du Soleil. It is a short walk to the local bars and restaurants. Chalet Abbaye is an 80 minute drive from Geneva airport.
We can offer you the same price as this year of 1500 Euros, self catered. This price includes linen, towels and exclusive use of the chalet and hot tub.
If you would like to eat in the luxury of the chalet we can help arrange for meals to be delivered to the door. Boulangerie breakfast deliveries and ski hire fitted at the chalet are also available at extra cost.

Chalet 'La Credence' is close to the village of Morzine in the French Alps. A charming and lovingly restored farmhouse with log fire dating back to the nineteenth century, it retains the ambience of a family home. This is reflected in the welcome you'll receive when you stay with us. The Chalet sleeps 16-18 in comfort and a free ski-bus stops outside the door.
The main living room is spacious with plenty of space for everyone to sit and relax. Sky TV, DVD and Apple Bluetooth docking station speaker for iPhones are provided, as well as a large selection of board games. Free super-fast WiFi is also provided. There is a Wine Fridge, Dishwasher, & Washing Machine etc in the fitted kitchen.
Although the interior of the chalet is non-smoking, we do provide an outside area for those who require it. Rooms vary in shape and size as reflects the character of the building, but all are decorated and furnished to a high standard. We have a charming, enclosed garden to the front of the chalet where you can sit and relax in the sun and there is a large car park suitable for 4 - 6 vehicles, if you are driving over to the Alps.
