6 month winter rental for a large and unique alpine chalet with 5 – 6 bedrooms in the heart of the Tarentaise valley. Situated in a small rustic village about 10-12 minutes drive from Bourg Saint Maurice, the property comprises of a lovely spacious 5 bedroom, 4 bathroom main ‘chalet’ and a one bedroom ground floor staff apartment. With up to 6 bedrooms available and private parking for 3 cars, this property would be ideally suited for larger families seeking their own private mountain retreat available throughout the season.
The property overlooks the ski resort of Les Arcs, which is easily accessed from the funicular in Bourg St Maurice, however there is also easy access to La Plagnes and La Rosiere (25 minutes). Further day skiing is available up the valley at St Foy, Val D’Isere and Tignes, all less than 45 minutes drive.
The chalet is fully furnished and equipped and is offered for 6 months from 1st November to allow time to prepare for the season. There’s a housekeeper/cleaner available by separate arrangement throughout the season to help out with cleaning and preparation of the chalet.
