Dear Sir, Madam,
We are looking into going on a ski teamtrip in February 2020.

• Transport: Could you arrange trainstaton or airport pick-up and drop-off. Looking into our transportation possibilities right now. Preferably by train or airplane. So depending on those traveltimes we know when we arrive and will depart
• 20 adults max; 2 persons per room each person in a single bed each and some might want a single room but this depends on the price and availability.
• Catered with breakfast and possibly dinner
Do you have rooms available for this period?
* Close to the slopes
