| We are 4 couples and three singles (some happy to share rooms) looking for a chalet / apartment holiday for a week in March 2020. We have mixed budgets, but averaging around £700-800pp all inclusive.
We also have mixed abilities, from beginners up to experts, so we would like a large and varied ski area with good provision for beginners (though preferably not 3 Vallées).
We are happy to split across nearby accommodation if required to match budgets, either in two apartments or in a hotel room. If that were the case, the best split would be to treat one couple as parents and the singles as children in the nicer accommodation, and put the other three couples in doubles in slightly less nice accommodation.
A base in a village or town at not lower than 1400m, with a few activities for non-skiing days and good restaurant / bar options is quite important.
Hot tub / sauna desirable but not crucial! Ski in/out obviously preferable but as long as walkable to lifts (rather than bus) that would be fine.
I understand that is an impossible list, so I am very flexible.

I think we can meet all your requirements! Our huge 5-bed (3 fully en-suite, 1 partially en-suite), 400-sq-m luxury self-catered chalet is in charming, very French Champagny - part of La Plagne/Paradiski. It's just 700m to the express telecabine that takes 10 mins to the slopes. It's a 10 min walk (lockers at the telecabine) or ample parking - 1 min drive.
The 3-floor chalet has: lift, jacuzzi, steam room, gym, boot room, double-sided fire and double-height living zone and very well-equipped kitchen, plus 2 dining zones, 4 lounging zones and a big terrace, balconies.
There is a supermarket and boulangerie 5 mins walk away and bars, shops and restaurants 10 mins walk.
There is a lot for non-skiers nearby: an ice tower to climb (training available), swimming pool, cross-country ski park, snowshoeing trails, Aquamotion water park at Courchevel (20 mins away).
The chalet is available for your dates and is £3600 per week (Sat to Sat) on a self-catered basis. You may be looking for catered. If so, I can recommend a local company that will make and deliver freshly prepared, restaurant-quality dinners so you can enjoy a semi-catered experience.

We are an independent family owned and managed chalet in Morzine offering a really personal and friendly service.

The chalet is located in the heart of the La Plagne/Paradiski ski area in the village of La Plagne 1800 and is located just 200m to the slopes, it is unique in the area having shared access to a heated outdoor swimming pool, sauna, squash court and games room. The interior have been designed with style and comfort with six en-suite bedrooms sleeping up to 12 guests together with a large lounge and dining room with a wood burning stove overlooking a south facing balcony with views of the piste and swimming pool.

Location: Les Deux Alpes | Hi Jamie,
We can offer you sole occupancy for the weeks commencing Saturday March 7th, 21st or 28th for 7400 euros for the 11 of you on a catered basis.
The chalet has 5 ensuite bedrooms, so we could offer 4 kingsized doubles and a triple room (our pricing is based on 700 Euros per person for double occupancy and 600 Euros per person for triple occupancy). It also has an outdoor hot tub, sauna, games room, cinema room and a spacious lounge with several separate seating areas and a wood burning stove.
Les 2 Alpes has a good range of skiing for beginners and experts, and there are also a number of new lifts going in this year. It is also possible ski over at neighbouring Alpe d'Huez on the 6 day lift pass for an even greater range of terrain (this is a 30 minute drive from the chalet).
We are located in Venosc, one of villages of Les 2 Alpes, which has a couple of restaurants/bars and is connected to the main resort area by a gondola. This gondola is within walking distance of the chalet, but we nevertheless offer a shuttle service to it, which only takes three minutes.
Venosc is a traditional village with artisanal shops to browse, and there is also a swimming pool in resort, and an ice skating rink, which are free to use with the weekly lift pass. Parapenting and dog sledding are other activities available. Otherwise there is plenty to keep you entertained at the chalet on a non-skiing day.

Soldeu is in the centre of the Grandvalira ski area of Andorra, with 210km of piste it is the largest ski domain in the Pyrenees. Grandvalira is great for all ability levels from beginner to expert, with 3 freestyle parks and plenty of off-piste. Andorra is more affordable than the Alps, with a beer in the village costing €3.50 and a meal with wine costing around €20. On the slopes, lunch with a drink is around €15 Euros per person and a hot chocolate is around €4.
Chalet Hotel Peretol is a ski-in chalet located on the edge of Soldeu and has 11 en-suite bedrooms, available on a room by room basis or exclusive use for larger groups of up to 29 people. There is a spacious dining area, bar, and lounge area with a log fire and plenty of comfy sofas for you to relax on with views of the Sunset Park (freestyle park), which is located immediately next to the chalet.
There is also a bat après-ski bar with its own entrance separate from the chalet hotel, called Buster's Bar which has a pool table, table football and Sports TV which is open to people using the Sunset Park as well as our own chalet hotel guests.
The typical March price based on 2 people sharing a room is around £389 per person on a catered basis:

Our chalet hotel is literally inches from the piste and 40m above a gondola.
San Cassiano’s slopes (1450m and above) are particularly suited to novices and intermediates but more advanced skiers/boarders will appreciate quick access to miles and miles of terrain including 3 World Cup runs. There are blue or red runs home to the chalet door.
Dolomiti Superski has a vast total of 1200km of piste. We are connected to the Sella Ronda circuit, linking an excess of 500km of pistes.
The modern, efficient lift system connects well-groomed pistes through a range of breathtaking mountains that are World Heritage listed. There are numerous fabulous mountain restaurants (not overpriced!), and the area has one of the most effective snow-making systems in the world covering over 80% pistes with perfect faux snow if needed.
A popular feature is the 4 km toboggan run from the top of our gondola to our car park. The village centre is approximately 7 minutes’ walk and has shops, bars, restaurants, a museum and Tourist Office.

We are available for the last 3 weeks in March, price only 40 Euros PPPN.
Chalet 'La Credence' is close to the village of Morzine in the French Alps. A charming and lovingly restored farmhouse with log fire dating back to the nineteenth century, it retains the ambience of a family home. This is reflected in the welcome you'll receive when you stay with us. The Chalet sleeps 16-18 in comfort and a free ski-bus stops outside the door.
The main living room is spacious with plenty of space for everyone to sit and relax. Sky TV, DVD and Apple Bluetooth docking station speaker for iPhones are provided, as well as a large selection of board games. Free super-fast WiFi is also provided. There is a Wine Fridge, Dishwasher, & Washing Machine etc in the fitted kitchen.
Although the interior of the chalet is non-smoking, we do provide an outside area for those who require it. Rooms vary in shape and size as reflects the character of the building, but all are decorated and furnished to a high standard. We have a charming, enclosed garden to the front of the chalet where you can sit and relax in the sun and there is a large car park suitable for 4 - 6 vehicles, if you are driving over to the Alps.

We have 6 rooms all with en-suite facilities, which can be arranged with twin or super-king double beds.
