We are owner run and food is exceptionally important to us - we can promise you food way beyond the usual chalet menu. The above price includes cooked and continental breakfast, afternoon tea with home-made cakes and four course evening meal with wine on six nights.
We shuttle you to and from the lifts of your choice everyday so you don’t need to worry about walking or waiting around for ski buses. The local lifts at Pleney, Ardent, Prodain or Super Morzine are around 10 minutes drive away and we also have a smaller, unlinked resort called Roc D’Enfer just two minutes from the chalet which is a real hidden gem.
The chalet has an outside hot tub, sauna, large lounge area with open log fire and separate bar area with well stocked honesty bar. We are within walking distance of local shops, bars and restaurants.
We can arrange transfers from Geneva for an additional cost.

Chalet Namika is an independently run chalet by Ian and myself (June). We aim to provide a relaxing atmosphere where you can chill out after an exciting days skiing. Chalet Namika is a ski in, ski out chalet situated on the sunny slopes of Alpe d’Huez which benefits from glacier skiing. We offer a high level of service with excellent food and complimentary fine wines, beer and spirits with evening meals.
Chalet Namika sleeps 16 people in either twin/double or triple rooms ( all en-suite )

Valmorel (50 lifts, 165km of pistes) is genuinely less than an hour from Chambery, 1 1/2 from Geneva, 20 mins from Moutiers Eurostar station. We can arrange transfers at cost price.
Valmorel is an excellentfamily resort, and typically all prices (including lift passes) are 25 - 30% cheaper then the neighbouring 'mega-resorts'. It's also on of the prettiest vallees in the french alps.
