Location: Les Carroz | Hello Henry,
We would love to welcome you to Ferme la Cee, in the stunning village of Araches la Frasse (Les Carroz station). 1hour drive from Geneva airport - we can organise shuttle companies. The resort has had a great snow record in recent years; a winter paradise for families and groups of friends!
We have availability 8-15 Feb if you are flexible.
Our beautiful and recently renovated 19th century Savoyard farmhouse offers modern and cosy living, whilst maintaining the charm of original rustic features. Stunning views; Perfect for families!
The spacious chalet is laid out over three levels. All of the rooms have their own special character, having been renovated and furnished; 7 bedrooms (4 double +3 twins), 6 bathrooms; dinner table seats 14 people max.
Facilities: hot tub!, boot dryers, modern kitchen, iPod docking station, laundry facilities, private parking (covered), private parking (open), satellite/cable TV, terrace, wifi (free in-room), wifi (free public area), kids cinema' (mezzanine), wood burning stove, barbecue
Beyond the outstanding skiing on well managed pistes for all levels (up to over 2,500m!), there is a wide range of fun and adventurous activities available in and around the valley, including cross-country skiing, dog sledding, snow shoeing, ice skating, skidoo safaris and ice climbing in winter.
Walkable distance: ski bus stop (free regular service), supermarket, bakery + cafe, fromagerie, ski shop;
otherwise 2 mins drive to spacious and convenient car park at the bottom of the pistes; can potentially organise shuttle service for ski-school drop/pick.
In Les Carroz itself you will find plenty of amenities and restaurants (two with Michelin stars), plus a great indoor pool with steam bath and sauna, spa +++

Slightly tricky as this spans two weeks including UK half term - are your dates flexible?
Chalet Ferme de La Combe provides a cozy, secret bolt-hole in a traditional Savoyard hamlet. The house has been lovingly renovated to a high standard providing a spacious, comfortable family home with:
- 5 en-suite bedrooms (1 double 4 twins)
- Large relaxing space round a wood burning stove and low table, with TV, DVD etc.
- Large dining area seating up to twelve
 
- Modern, fully-equipped kitchen with range cooker, fridge-freezer, dishwasher
- Utility room with sinks, microwave and washer-dryer
- Underfloor heating in all rooms
- Ski and boot storage with underfloor heating for boot drying
- Private parking for 3 or 4 cars.
All bed linen, towels and kitchen linen are supplied (beds made up on arrival) plus a full supply of kindling and logs for the wood burner.
The house enjoys a commanding position facing south over the village of La Combe, a traditional Savoyard hamlet, 5-6 minutes drive from the lifts at St Martin de Belleville. From here you can access the vast Three Valleys ski area. The car park at St Martin is immediately opposite the bubble lift so no walking through the resort in ski boots!
We are basically self-catered but if you prefer not to cook, you can use our catering partner HUSKI (www.hu.ski) who can provide delicious evening meals for you to reheat when you return from ski/apres-ski. This gives you the choice of catered or self-catered.
