| Good morning Chalets Direct people.
We are looking very last minute for a ski holiday over New Year for 2 adults and 2 children.
We are flexible regarding number of days but, our ideal solution would be to leave on Sunday 29th December but, we can go on the 28th or on the Monday or Tuesday and would consider a shorter duration than a week.
Our ideal solution would be a self catered apartment with a twin and double bedroom for about 2K (But, we can go a bit above if we believe it is value for money) Or, a 3 bedroom apartment as we love cooking and simply playing cards and board games with he boys in the evening. Likelihood is we will drive over with car loaded up with food!
But, we are also open to suggestions and would consider a catered solution. The boys are teenagers who are more likely to hide in their room in a caterd chalet, when not on the piste. A couple more years and they may be more social! So, a small caterd sole occupancy chalet would suit us better or, a large chalet where they would feel more inconspicuous.
We have our own equipment and don't mind driving to a resort.

Take a trip on the Montenvers Tramway to the Mer de Glace at the foot of the Vallee Blanche and explore the ice caves also the cable car that takes you up to the Aguille de Midi (3000m) 360 degree spectacular views. Explore the shops and cafes in Chamonix Centre or pamper yourself with an in house massage. Alternatively visit the large spa centre.

Will-i-ski? is an independent owner run chalet company dedicated to bringing you a unique holiday you will not forget. We (Phoebe and Charlie) currently run the Chalet Marmotte in La Plagne 1800 and feel the chalet can deliver everything you require for a traditional and cosy chalet holiday.

The Grand Massif is the 4th largest ski area in France. Fantastic for all levels.
Chalet Ski-Massif is at 1300m, off the mountain road from Samoëns (720m) up to Samoëns 1600, with uninterrupted views of valleys, mountains, pine trees and snow surrounding the chalet. An idyllic spot and a beautiful drive up and back to the slopes.
I will drop you at the top of a green/blue/red piste within 5 minutes of leaving the chalet - well ahead of people taking 40 minutes to come up from the villages. You can be ahead of the queues and half way to Flaine before the crowds have even put their skis on.
All you need to do is to book your flights. We'll help you with everything else: from transfers, passes, rentals, getting you to the slopes, lessons/guides, and any advice you'd like for the mountain.
This season I have an excellent chef who is passionate about food. Amanda will spoil you with her delicious freshly cooked meals while her husband Peter serves you a selection of 10 wines. Beers and aperitifs are also included.

You can arrive/depart any day of the week and any time of day.
Chalet Sherpa has a fantastic friendly and welcoming atmosphere. The chalet sleeps up to 25 guests in 10 bedrooms. We provide holidays on a bed and breakfast basis - breakfast includes a choice of cereals, orange/apple juice, baguette, toast, butter/jams/spreads, yoghurts, croissants and also a cooked option with sausages, bacon, eggs, hash browns, beans, tomatoes and mushrooms. I do have an apartment which has just gone onto our portfolio and is available for New Year week. It is bigger than you need (4 bedrooms 2 bathrooms) and sleeps max 8. It is situated close to the SuperMorzine footbridge and has 2 parking spaces. The rate is €2750 including linen, towels and end of stay cleaning.
