Our chalet is situated just outside of Vaujany, a small, authentic Alpine village with great amenities such as a swimming pool, bowling, amazing day care, an ice-skating rink and daily animations. There are also a few bars where you can enjoy a nice drink after skiing.
We are part of the vast ski area of Alpe d’Huez which is superb for people of all levels of skiing.
Our spacious lounge has a large log fire. On the ground floor we have a bar and dining room where James cooks fantastic three course evening meals.
The chalet sleeps 19 in 8 en-suite bedrooms of which; 6 double/twin rooms, one triple room and one family suite.
There is lots of space for everyone to enjoy their evening as they please. Whether it’s sat in the hot tub watching the sunset, reading a book by the log fire or having a drink in our bar.

Location: Paradiski (Les Arcs + La Plagne) | Stay in Grande Blanchette, our large luxury chalet in snowsure Paradiski, sleeping up to 15. The resort is much higher than Morzine for example, with 420km of lift linked pistes, and 70% above 2000m. The chalet has 5 bedrooms with private bathrooms, a small double, a two-bedroom suite, 2 large sitting rooms, one with wood burner and the other with great views, sun terraces, hot tub and log-fired outdoor sauna.
Ski in (off piste forest track), or 5 mins to lifts in Plagne Montalbert in our private minibus shuttle (included subject to conditions). There's also a village ski bus (stop 200m), and you can ski back in on an off-piste forest track if conditions allow.
It's only 8330 euros catered sole occupancy for a group of up to 14 staying 7 nights from 28/3. This includes breakfast every day, afternoon cake or biscuits (not arrival or day off), 3 course evening meal with unlimited wine and hot drinks on 6 nights (early kids' supper possible), and our on demand shuttle to the lifts. The Grand Massif is the 4th largest ski area in France. Fantastic for all levels.
Chalet Ski-Massif is at 1300m, off the mountain road from Samoëns (720m) up to Samoëns 1600, with uninterrupted views of valleys, mountains, pine trees and snow surrounding the chalet. An idyllic spot and a beautiful drive up and back to the slopes.
I will drop you at the top of a green/blue/red piste within 5 minutes of leaving the chalet - well ahead of people taking 40 minutes to come up from the villages. You can be ahead of the queues and half way to Flaine before the crowds have even put their skis on.
All you need to do is to book your flights. We'll help you with everything else: from transfers, passes, rentals, getting you to the slopes, lessons/guides, and any advice you'd like for the mountain.
This season I have an excellent chef who is passionate about food. Amanda will spoil you with her delicious freshly cooked meals while her husband Peter serves you a selection of 10 wines. Beers and aperitifs are also included.

Adult lift passes are £185 (child £95) and ski hire is around £60 (child £40) for 6 days with a local rental centre that we have used for many years.

The region - The Portes Du Soleil is just 55km from Geneva airport with 630km of skiing across French and Swiss resorts. The Portes Du Soleil offers excellent skiing/boarding for all abilities with beautiful tree line runs and great unpisted areas to explore. We can advise on the best places for kids to experience skiing for the first time and all you ski ninjas out there!
Food - delicious 4 courses with canapes and drinks to start and all your wine, beer and bubbly is on us during dinner. Breakfasts are extensive with all the favourites to set you up for the day.
