We want to be able to eat together in the evenings.
2 1/4 hour max transfer time from airport - Ideally less!
Fairly central location preferred so family can experience alpine village life without being too isolated.
I have put from Saturday 28th March but obviously Sunday to Sunday would be fine too.

Our chalet is situated just outside of Vaujany, a small, authentic Alpine village with great amenities such as a swimming pool, bowling, amazing day care, an ice-skating rink and daily animations. There are also a few bars where you can enjoy a nice drink after skiing.
We are part of the vast ski area of Alpe d’Huez which is superb for people of all levels of skiing.

We would love to look after you at La petite buche, we do have availability for your dates. The chalet sits just below road, overlooking the river borne, it’s warm and cosy with everything you would expect, wifi, uktv, a good dvd library, linen, and a roaring fire, for those chilly nights.
The pretty mountain village of Le Grand Bornand is only a short flat walk away, and has lots of lovely bars and alpine restaurants to chose from. The telecabine to the slopes is a short distance away and gives access to some great pistes.
We are both chefs in Crete during the summer so you will be well fed, (specific dietary needs can be catered for with notice). Ski school, private lessons and transfers can all be organized for you, it’s your holiday.
Le Grand Bornand is only an hour from Geneva airport, so makes it a great spot for short or long stays alike.

We can also include a free return private transfer from Grenoble airport if you are able to get morning or early afternoon flights. Grenoble airport is just 90 minutes away.
Les 2 Alpes is snow sure, with glacial skiing up to 3600m. It is great for beginners as there is a nursery slope up at 2000m, ensuring good quality snow even in late season. Also, the runs up on the glacier are mainly blue, which is quite unique, as high runs are typically harder in most resorts. The resort is open until the end of April, so this week is not late season for Les 2 Alpes!
We are located in Venosc, a satellite village connected by a gondola to the main resort area. Venosc is an authentic French stone village, which will definitely give you the authentic alpine village feel you are looking for. There are bars and restaurants in the village.
The chalet itself offers affordable luxury, and has:
- outdoor hot tub with spectacular views across the valley;
- spacious lounge with several separate seating areas and wood burning stove snug;
- games room with pool table and table football;

Chalet Sherpa has a fantastic friendly and welcoming atmosphere. The chalet sleeps up to 25 guests in 10 bedrooms. It’s a hidden gem of a truly snow-sure ski area, with 4 local resorts covered in one ski pass, offering 300km of great skiing for all levels.

3 of the resorts are just 5 minutes from the chalet and the ski bus stops at our front door.

We have Chalet Charline in Tignes le Lac, sitting at 2100m, we are high and snow sure. We are family friendly and centrally located.
    
The Chalet is made up of 3 suites with large communal lounge, comfy sofas, log fire, pool table and separate movie/tv/xbox room. Its raised position gives stunning mountain views and the outside hot tub gives a touch of luxury.
A couple of minutes’ walk to the village center/ski schools, bars, shops and just 100m from the nearest lift you can ski off piste into the chalet.
The resort beginner lifts are free for those learning, the ski area has a huge mix for all abilities.
Price for the 28th March, for a family suite of 2 rooms sleeping 4 is £2499, eating together isn't a problem we can simplify the food for the kids.
We are a small family company, allowing us to focus on the quality rather than just getting people through the door like a large tour company. Owner run we go out of our way to ensure that all guests have an amazing stay with us. It’s the attention to detail that turn good holidays, great one's!!!
