My mum and I are looking for last minute ski deals flying out this weekend. Our budget is around £500pp or under, half or chalet board only, we wouldn't consider non-catered. We are flexible on where we go but we're advanced skiers so would like a big ski area, a good amount of snow and preferably close to the slopes or if it's further away good transport links.

1hr 40 from Geneva, 600m from the pistes, the free ski bus stops 100m from the chalet, but we run a drop off service after breakfast every day so getting going is easy.
Resort centre (800m) & télécabine, ice rink, swimming pool, various bars and restaurants, sports shops, supermarket etc.
The slopes of La Tzoumaz have tree lined skiing and some lovely restaurants, with a good variety of blue and red slopes with an excellent network of modern chairlifts and telecabine. From any of the lifts you can ski down into the Verbier area.
Chf 750, was 850, bit over budget, but we’re worth it !

Chamonix is a 1hr driver from GVA and has a great variety of skiing from 1000m-3900m altitude so snow sure.

• Every day Continental Breakfast + hot option (Wednesday morning is a self service breakfast as this is the staff day off)
