Looking for our 2021 ski holiday. We are happy for suggestions this time as we are keen to explore. Main focus is on the kids though as there is 6 young kiddies and so it needs to be easy with them.
Looking for a chalet for 8 adults, 4 children between ages of 3 and 5, and 2 babies aged 1.

somewhere close to the slopes, not too big a transfer from airport and good kids areas for them to sledge, ski and mess around safely.

The Grand Massif is the 4th largest ski area in France. Fantastic for all levels.
Chalet Ski-Massif is at 1300m, off the mountain road from Samoëns (720m) up to Samoëns 1600, with uninterrupted views of valleys, mountains, pine trees and snow surrounding the chalet. An idyllic spot and a beautiful drive up and back to the slopes.
I will drop you at the top of a green/blue/red piste within 5 minutes of leaving the chalet - well ahead of people taking 40 minutes to come up from the villages. You can be ahead of the queues and half way to Flaine before the crowds have even put their skis on.
All you need to do is to book your flights. We'll help you with everything else: from transfers, passes, rentals, getting you to the slopes, lessons/guides, and any advice you'd like for the mountain.
This season I have an excellent chef who is passionate about food. Amanda will spoil you with her delicious freshly cooked meals while her husband Peter serves you a selection of 10 wines. Beers and aperitifs are also included.

We owned a large and contemporary self catered chalet at Valmeinier of 2165 sqm for sole occupancy. Valmeinier is part of the Galibier-Thabor ski area with 160 kms slopes in between 1430 meters and 2750 meters elevation. This is definitively a family resort.
Our location is a bit more than 2 hours from Geneva airport or 1 hour and half from Chambery airport. There is an highway till saint Michel de Maurienne than you have to go up to our place for 20 minutes.
We provide 5 en-suite bedrooms one of them with a tube perfect for young children. We have 2 baby cots for you. Linen and towels are provided. This is a comfortable place and perfect to go outside with young kids and play with snow in the garden.
Do you need support to do shopping whereas you do not have a car we are here to help you. There is a shuttle nearby for a 5 minutes ride to go to slopes.

We can possibly fulfil your requirements in Chalet La Ferme next year. With 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms and 2 large lounges, we offer catered holidays with private shuttles to and from the ski lifts.
The price for the last week of January next year is £5999 for up to 16 people. We require a 20% deposit to hold your booking and we can help you with lessons, ski passes and transfers nearer the time.
The Chalet - comfortable and cozy with warm beds, hot tub, bathrobes and fluffy towels, slippers, wifi.
The region - The Portes Du Soleil is just 55km from Geneva airport with 630km of skiing across French and Swiss resorts. The Portes Du Soleil offers excellent skiing/boarding for all abilities with beautiful tree line runs and great unpisted areas to explore. We can advise on the best places to experience skiing for the first time and for all you ski ninjas out there!
Food - delicious 4 courses with canapes and a cocktail to start and all your wine, beer and bubbly is on us during dinner. Breakfasts are extensive with all the favourites to set you up for the day. When you return each day there will be afternoon tea & cakes or hot wings and beer one day if you are so inclined (our fave!).

We have a very spacious self-catered chalet in the centre of Morzine, 50m from the Pleney slopes, but on a quiet residential street. There's a big, flat garden out the front, that's perfectly safe for kids to mess around in and build snowmen etc!
The chalet has 7 bedrooms + mezzanine, and 5 bathrooms. It is available 30th Jan for €4500 and for 6th Feb for €4800. Linen and towels are included, and also Tourist Tax.
