I am looking for 7 days in a catered 4 star chalet from the 2nd Jan 2022. We are 2 family’s of 4 adults and 5 children (ages 8-14). I would like to be in a smaller resort that isn’t too busy but connect with other resorts. Close to the ski lifts or ski in ski out..
I have suggested La Rosiere, but it could be others areas or countries.
We intend to drive from the UK.

We could offer you sole occupancy of Chalet Genevieve in Val d'Isère from Sunday, 2nd January.
You can ski to the door of the chalet, which is owner-run and situated in the exclusive La Legettaz area at the foot of the Solaise slopes. In the mornings you just need to walk 100 yards down the road before putting on your skis. All five rooms have their own facilities. There is an outdoor hot tub, large sun terrace, log fire, mini bar, boot heater, foot massager, free WIFI, iPod and base station, indoor and outdoor parking, to say nothing of the beautiful views up the Manchet valley and over the village.
The Espace Killy has over 300km of piste to suit all abilities and the off-piste possibilities are endless. The village is at 1850m and with two glaciers, you will be assured of good snow. The après-ski entertainment is also varied and plentiful.
Included in the price are breakfast (freshly-squeezed orange juice, cereals, yoghurts, fresh fruit, bread, croissants, porridge and a hot option, eg. poached egg and ham on a toasted muffin), afternoon tea and on 5 evenings we serve a pre-dinner drink with canapés followed by a 4-course evening meal with select wines. Tea, coffee and fresh fruit are available at all times.
It is a 10 minute walk across the piste into the village center or you can make use of the free bus service that drops you right outside the chalet.
The price per adult for the week is 1,135 Euros and 1,022 Euros per child of 12 years and under.

St Gervais is a traditional picturesque Spa Town with many bars and restaurants about 15 minutes walk from the chalet. At the centre of the Evasion Mont Blanc ski area, St Gervais combines an intimate, family feel, with an expansive ski area linked to Megeve. With 5 combined resorts there are 445km of pistes available, with skiing for all ability levels.
The main lift from St Gervais (4 minutes from the chalet) takes you to Bettex at 1450m where the extensive skiing begins and the ski schools meet.
The price would be £6000 for exclusive use of the chalet based on you self driving and not requiring transfers. Some of the children would count at the adult rate but we have taken that into account in the overall price. This includes
Private transfers within resort each day to and from the lift stations including to Les Contamines if required.

Firstly, sorry for such a late reply!/
We can offer you the week from Monday 3rd January (or to weekend 8/9th) here at Chalet La Luge in the family friendly resort of La Tzoumaz, directly connected by telecabine to Verbier. We serve cooked breakfast options on all 7 days, homemade cakes/biscuits on all 7 days and a 5 course evening meal on 6 nights with good wines included. We're an owner run chalet and the food and service are good - see our reviews on here and TripAdv1s0r for proof !!
There's a hot tub and sauna, we're 600m from the pistes, 800m from the resort centre and we'll drop you off each morning in our vehicle. Getting back is easy as the free ski bus stops 100m from the chalet and it's all downhill
All 6 rooms are en-suite and can be arranged as super-king doubles or twin rooms.
The slopes this side of the mountain are much quieter than those in Verbier, but still nothing like the big French resorts, and you can still get to the highest point of Mont Fort 3330m without putting on skis at all - the lifts are all suitable for pedestrians to there.
1hr 40 from Geneva, we can help arrange transfers, discounts on rental equipment, etc etc.
