We are looking for somewhere ideally first week of February but are flexible on dates to a degree.
At the moment there are 7 adults + 1 child of 5 years.
Ideally we would like a chalet close to ski lift and a resort with a lot of ski area.
In an ideal world a sauna would be great but not essential.
Budget probably not more than £1000 per person ideally

We would love to look after you at La petite buche, and we do have availability for your dates. The chalet sits just below road, overlooking the river borne, it’s warm and cosy with everything you would expect, wifi, uktv, a good dvd library, linen, and a roaring fire, for those chilly nights.
The pretty mountain village of Le Grand Bornand is only a short flat walk away, and has lots of lovely bars and alpine restaurants to chose from. The telecabine to the slopes is a short distance away and gives access to some great pistes.
We are both chefs in Crete during the summer so you will be well fed, (specific dietary needs can be catered for with notice). Ski school, private lessons and transfers can all be organized for you, it’s your holiday.
Le Grand Bornand is only an hour from Geneva airport, so makes it a great spot for short or long stays alike.
The price per person per night, bed breakfast, and a lovely evening meal (wine and beer included) is £90

We are 600m from the slopes, 800m from the resort centre and telecabine, we run a drop-off service to both/either locations every day after breakfast. There are 2 ski schools, both with English speaking instructors.

Our location right in the heart of the Portes du Soleil ski area means that over 650km of varied ski-pistes plus excellent off-piste terrain can be reached within 10 minutes.

We can also organise airport transfers, ski passes and equipment if required.
