| Fantastic apartment for eight in Saint Martin de Belleville 30 mètres from the gondola for skiing and mountain bike routes with access to all the pistes and mountain bike routes of the three valleys. Underground car park for the bikes and beautiful sunny views of the mountains. Extremely convenient for both.
Available from 17th April onwards for skiing and then mountain biking. Great range of bike trails from the peaks and glacial lakes of Val Thorens down to Saint Martin. Happy to discuss pricing for a longer stay.

WHY CHOOSE US
The Chalet looks across to the World Cup Ski Circuit, one of the ski areas at the resorts of Chamonix Valley under the fabulous panorama of the Mont-Blanc. Les Houches has 18 lifts and is ideal for intermediates, beginners, and mixed ability groups. The pistes are mainly tree-lined which means you can ski here even if the weather closes in. This together with 86 snow cannons makes Les Houches an excellent location.
This luxurious 4-bedroom Chalet sleeps up to 11 people. There are 2 Double and 2 Twin rooms, an additional Twin Sofa Bed in the Lounge that sleeps 2 people and a Single Futon which can be used in the 2 larger bedrooms.
The Chalet is superbly refurbished with a new kitchen, 3 large showers/bathrooms, 1 of which is en-suite to the master bedroom, has a luxury jumbo size hot tub, an indoor sauna, under-floor heating in the lounge for cosy nights in and Wi-Fi throughout.
From the chalet, you have access by car to La Flégère, Aiguille Du Midi, Les Grands Montets and Le Brevent ski resorts - all with good piste skiing and novice facilities.
