We x 8 middle aged ladies who regularly ski at the end of Jan.
We are limited to:
Haute Savoie/Aosta or Savoie regions
6 x pax ex UK,
1 x pax ex BCN
1 x pax starting from Chambery and needs to finish in Geneva (with car )
Flights for the 6 ex UK can be to either GVA/TRN/MXP the other 2 will drive together.
Transfers for the other 6 can be offered but not essential Up to 2.5hours transfer (ideally shorter)
Our budget is around 300 - 450 per stay depending on whether it is SC/BB/HB. We are open to any board suggestions but preferably no HB as we like to try different restaurants. But we are happy with a large SC unit or 2 large apartments.
Convenience is important ski wise. We are keen skiers but have varying standards so Chamonix is not ideal as not everybody enjoys off-piste. Would prefer a ski area of at least 100km. We don't mind being in a satelite area as long as it has a decent bar but prefer to be easily accessible to the mountain. Our recent trips with this group have included:
Chatel, Morzine x 3, Ardent, Samoens x2 , Avoriaz, Baqueira-Beret x3, Courmayeur
And would happily go to any again and whilst France is familiar to us Italy would be a good shout too.
Also happy with Les Carroz, Flaine, Cervina, 3 valleys or similar
Twin or triple rooms (or a blend) ideally at least 3 bathrooms.
We would consider a catered option although it is not our preferred option.
