Its spacious open-plan living and dining area is perfect for socializing, with cozy spaces for reading, playing games, or relaxing. The chalet features a sauna room with an Italian shower, an infrared sauna, and an outdoor hot tub with stunning views over Morzine and Avoriaz. The garden offers sunny areas throughout the day, with outdoor seating, a BBQ, and sun loungers for ultimate relaxation.
Conveniently located just 250 meters from the tourist office, the chalet is a 3-minute walk to shops, bars, restaurants, and main lifts, with the swimming pool complex and tennis courts less than 10 minutes away.
