Location: Samoens - Grand Masif | Hi Richard
Our owner-run chalet is located in the traditional village of Samoens along with Flaine, Morillon, les Carroz and Sixt forms the Grand Massif. The 4th largest and in the top 5 snow sure resorts in France, offering over 265 kms of marked runs. Just 1 hour from Geneva Airport
The chalet offers 5 bedrooms all with small en suite shower rooms and toilets. The whole 2nd floor is open plan with a central chimney dividing the dining area and lounge with plenty of seating for all.
7 nights includes.
-Breakfast each day with cooked options on 5 morning and 2 mornings continental.
-Return to the chalet after skiing to enjoy home baked cake or biscuits.
-Hearty home cooked 3 course evening meals plus cheese board and port on 6 nights.
-Pre dinner drinks Includes wine, beers, well stocked complimentary bar for those who prefer a few G&Ts.
Fully fitted in house ski shop.
Although we are only 400m from the Gondola, we do offer a private mini bus service to and from the gondola in under a minute, no walking in ski boots. After skiing the village is on your doorstep. It is not full on Après-ski but a very good selection of bars giving a real relaxed evening buzz from French coffee bars in the church square, to your Irish bar offering Guinness.
We can help organise private transfers from Geneva if required.

Our Chalet-Hotel Les Rhododendrons in snow sure Plagne 1800 is part of the Paradiski area, next to the slopes and two chair lifts taking you to pistes suiting all abilities. The ski school meeting point is just across the street from us.
We provide half board EVERY day and an excellent range of facilities including
– Restaurant for bed and breakfast and half board
– The Bobsleigh Pub offering a food menu, live sports and events
– Large bar terrace for bar guests to enjoy après-ski and bar food
– The Skeleton Bar offering a lounge bar for smaller private events
– Lounge Area with large selection of books
– Ski and Boot Lockers
– Luggage room for early arrivals or late departures.
– Table Tennis Table (full size)
– Mini pool table
Everything can be booked in advance with confidence, so reassure yourself by taking a look at our cancellation policy.
Covered parking at the hotel is 10 euros per day but there is outdoor parking nearby if preferred.

We offer the Chalet Choucas sleeping up to 10 people in 1 Double en-suite room, 1 twin en suite and 2 twin rooms with ensuite shower and private wc’s. One of the twin bedrooms can be turned into a family room sleeping up to 4 if required.
Benefitting from a large lounge/dining area with log burner which leads out to a balcony the chalet has a lovely traditional feel and has been recently renovated. Located across the road from the 1800 chairlift.
La Plagne has a diverse range of terrain and scenery making it the perfect holiday setting for all levels of skier or snowboarder. La Plagne combined with Les Arcs makes the second largest ski area in the world, the Paradiski! Linking these two resorts via the spectacular Vanoise Express creates 425km of pistes for you to explore during your stay.
