Role Responsibilities
As a Chalet Host you will be responsible for providing hospitality services to our guests, ensuring that they are made comfortable during their stay. Your duties include: serving breakfast, afternoon tea and an evening meals; cleaning the chalet on a daily, weekly and seasonal basis; providing guests with information, help and advice.
Key elements of the role:
-To maintain a welcoming and comfortable environment in the chalet throughout the season, providing guests with information and assistance, while continuing to maintain company standards and act in accordance with our operating procedures.
-To clean and maintain the chalet in accordance with company guidelines on a daily, weekly and seasonal basis.
-To ensure that the chalet environment is a safe & secure one in which to work and stay and that all Company health & safety procedures are implemented.
-To demonstrate an excellent knowledge of Skizeen's core values and be a true team player.
Job Benefits
-Travel to/from resort from specified UK / Irish airport to the chalet.
-Shared accommodation in Montriond/Morzine.
-Breakfast and evening meal on days when you are scheduled to work.
-Competitive Monthly wage subject to PAYE and NI contributions.
Applicants must have a UK bank account, National Insurance Number, and a history of national insurance contributions (Uk employment history).
